in terms of space and convenience of location it was really nice , walking distance from everything. only down fall was the cleanliness which was horrible but could slightly improved

Great location and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. But the rooms are a little rough around the edges with ages and the bed are very hard. But good for a night or two.

Exactly what you want for a hostel in Shinjuku. The staff are extremely friendly. Your luggage feels safe. Clean rooms. Decently sized for what you get. Wish I booked longer because this was a great place to stay.

Fantastic

This hotel is AMAZING! Such a wonderful room to arrive at after the long trip to Japan. Very comfortable space, very clean, and it had everything we needed. The staff was incredible, very kind and very helpful. They let us store our luggage for a few hours after checking out, which was extremely helpful with our last hours of touring Tokyo. Also, the location is key, in the heart of Sinjuku and close to a station. I honestly miss this hotel, I hope I can come back to Japan one day and stay here again!
