very pleasant stuff and great location. The room was big. Great experience in the hotel onsen and foot bath. Unfortunately towels for onsen are not peovided.

3 minutes walk from train or bus station is an advantage. The hotel has a very good design. It’s like an art work. Our room is big and clean, which is in a higher level with a nice city view. We love to have a washing machine in our room. The hotel is well maintained and is like a new hotel.

Location was superb, being right next to the train station, which was why I booked it. The public foot bath on the top floor was also very welcome, especially as I had just come in from Kamikochi. 6 mins walk away is Cafe Rin-Rin, a mom and pop cafe that felt like you were stepping back in time, and served delicious french toast. The room was comfortable and good-sized for a solo traveller, and the washing machine was a godsend. The only thing that was very annoying was the lamp sitting over the small table, as I kept hitting my head on it. It was at a very inconvenient spot and height.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location next to the station. The staff are friendly, hardworking, and very helpful! The room was a good size, and I really appreciated having our own washing machine. Breakfast was a little busy/chaotic though.
