A new, minimalist and clean establishment only few stations away from Akihabara, Asakusa, Ueno and Skytree or all within 30mins casual walking distance. Only 5 mins walk from JR Kameido and the neighbourhood is full of living functionalities and with good varieties. It has been our home base in Tokyo for 3 trips now even if our itinerary included Mt. Takao. Amenities might be lacking comparing to other hotel franches but essentials are there and phamacies/convenient stores are around. Downside is (and beware that) there is no luggage storage available before/after check-in/out but lockers are available onsite. But you will be better off using lockers in/out of JR Kameido if required.
