Good value for money however the check-in process with remote staff needs improvement. It’s nice to have flexibility on the check-in time (3pm - anytime) but the process was too cumbersome. First we arrived around 12mn when the entrance was already locked, supposedly I would recieve an email w the access code but it was nowhere to be found, not even in spam. We had to call customer service and waited outside in the cold while resolving the issue. Second, when I tried filling in the online check-in form the website was faulty, I had to re-do the form multiple times because an error kept appearing. When I initiated the call with the staff, they told me they couldn’t see my passport on the online form which was yet another technical issue. The staff also gave me the wrong password to the room and I had to return to the lobby and call them again. Nonetheless, the property was new and very nice. Amenities though limited were of good quality. Location was also convenient for commute.
