The location is just across the nagoya station, soif your going to ride bus or train its very convenient, most for us first time na Nagoya.
The hotel is very clean and so neat, they even have free water , you just have to get tea, coffee at the lobby and other toiletries.
The staff is very nice, we misplaced one of our key card and replcaed it without any question.
breakfast: we did not avail the free breakfast because we want to try the nagoya bfast

Few steps from shinkansen and JR lines. Amenities are available at the lobby including extra pillows. Room is quite small but shower room is fine enough with good water pressure.

room is sufficient for 3 adults and 1 toddler. kinda difficult to open a large luggage but it’s ok. amenities are good. we love the toilet 😆location of the hotel is also good. very near nagoya station.

Bic camera is just in front of the hotel. Very convenient location and near the shinkansen. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Room is clean.

v. tiny rooms without bottled water but comfortable stay. no room cleaning services unless requested. if u need to change your towels, just have to put them in bags provided and hang it outside your room door. basic amenities (no shower cap), coffee and tea bags provided at lobby.

v. tiny rooms without bottled water but comfortable stay. The twin room listed in klook is actually the double room (12sqm). so pls just booked the double room instead of paying more for the twin room. the picture of the twin room uploaded was for the actual twin room for 4 pax that is sold through their hotel website. one of the hotel staff, Mr. Ikeda, was nice enough to upgrade us to the actual twin room for 2 of the 3 days stayed though it was klook's error. but will need to check out daily cos they rooms were already reserved for others who have booked through the hotel webside. klook help desk officer just asked us to talk to the hotel instead of rectifying their error. basic amenities, coffee and tea bags provided at lobby.
