The lobby is inviting, with a clean, modern design that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. The staff were extremely friendly, offering assistance in both English and Mandarin. They provided a thorough explanation of the amenities, meal times, and other useful information without it feeling overwhelming. I was also given complimentary refreshments as I waited—a thoughtful gesture after a long journey.

Easy access from Kaohsiung Main Station MRT. The daily buffet breakfast choices do change and it’s actually tasty & filling. Don’t expect 5-star quality though. The only downside to the room is the lack of a bidet in the toilet.
