Our stay at The Residence Bintan was peaceful and rejuvenating. The resort is beautifully nestled by the sea, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The Garden Suite (Upper) was cozy and well-appointed, with great privacy. The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful, especially with arranging transfers and tours. The resort offers a good mix of relaxation and activities — from beach walks and water sports to spa treatments. Dining at Rica Rica was pleasant, with options for both adults and kids. A lovely retreat perfect for unwinding with family.

Free shuttle bus to the resort was available at the ferry terminal w/o prior booking needed which was great! Appreciate the staff for allowing us to check in way earlier (ard 1230pm) as the room was ready when we arrived, most prob due to low season. Free buffet breakfast (0630-1030) was provided at another resort, think is called Angsana which was ~3mins walk from our resort. Had a few vegetarian options like plain prata, congee and seasonal veg. Food there is pretty expensive (but taste wise quite decent albeit slightly too salty for my liking) so do bring some instant noodles/ready to eat meals along to cook using the stove/electric kettle/microwave provided in the room if on a budget. There was a small ‘mart’ there w some snacks and instant noodles but pretty overpriced.

We had a pleasant stay at Grand Lagoi. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is also clean.

it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions area (aka treasure cove etc) but we had a dedicated driver for the entire trip and the hotel was cheap, so all's good. the toilet is super huge and the room was quite clean. the huts were spaced quite far apart, so noise wasn't really an issue either. there's also quite a few things to explore (the park is pretty huge) and do (mini archery, pedal boat, ATV, etc at a fee) in the hotel as well, overall a very pleasant experience.

Went with my friend’s family and my kid. Altogether the rooms are nice and clean. Toilet is open air so privacy might be an issue if you are more conservative. Pool has jacuzzi and clean enough for us. Will be back again.

Place was really clean and inviting. Both my wife and i enjoyed our stay. The room service food was really good too and not too pricey.
