Convenient Transportation: It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel, which is a walkable distance. Breakfast: Perhaps because the hotel can accommodate many guests, the restaurant has two separate areas with identical food selections, making it convenient for guests. The variety of food is similar to what you'd find in typical three- or four-star hotels in Europe. Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom was a bit small, but it clearly looked recently renovated and very clean. I'm not sure if the room had air conditioning, as I couldn't find a switch or remote. However, during my two-night stay, perhaps because the evening temperatures in the UK are still a bit cool, the room never felt stuffy.

Clean & tidy hotel in a great location. Rooms a little dated, but reception undergoing a revamp. Breakfast good, but really busy at peak times.

12 minute walk from King’s Cross station although it felt like a lifetime in this heatwave. Hotel doesn’t have air conditioning but they did provide a fan. Breakfast was ok, but no fried eggs but a ton of scrambled instead. Sausages weren’t the best and stay away from the orange juice, very weak. Apple juice was good though.

Easy check in and very close to Earl’s Court station. Staff is nice and helpful. Room is clean but the space is really small that they don’t even have a tea table and chair inside the room for you to sit down. However the bed and pillow is very comfortable that I had my best night of sleep during my trip in UK here. Please note they’ll charge you £10/luggage if you would like to store your luggage. Having said that, with this price in London (£100/night), I’d give it a 8.5/10 and will consider coming back in the future. But pleaseee really consider to adding a chair inside the room please!

comfortable hotel to stay with. the cleaning of room is fine, but the cleaner forgot to provide one of a new towel after removed the dirty one, which required to sorted the case at front desk while check out, in order to avoid misleading. overall is very good

The staff were friendly and the breakfast facilities were great (lots of tables and a good breakfast selection). The location was great, with nearby bars and restaurants. Tube stations nearby. Room was basic but clean. Would have liked a bathmat for the floor. There was a fan in the room and the window opened a little which helped with the warm weather. The only negative was how warm the room was. It was baking hot with no AC. Which is why we removed 1 star. Would i stay here again? Definitely. While out exploring, I would recommend opening the window, opening the curtains and keeping the fan on. This should hopefully help with the temperature.
