My day trip to Mount Bromo and Madakaripura Waterfall on June 23, 2025, was absolutely spectacular, thanks to our exceptional guide Layla. From 7 AM to 5:30 PM, their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made the experience unforgettable. Layla guided us through Mount Bromo’s otherworldly landscape with enthusiasm, sharing captivating details about its history and ensuring our group, especially my mom, felt comfortable and cared for. She also went out of her way to help us capture stunning photos, suggesting the best spots and angles for perfect shots. At Madakaripura Waterfall, Suman was outstanding. He supported my mom by offering his arm throughout the trek, navigating slippery paths with care to ensure her safety and confidence. Additionally, Suman’s knack for photography shone through, as he helped us take breathtaking photos that perfectly captured the waterfall’s beauty. Both guides’ attentiveness, knowledge, and passion for the sites created a seamless and joyful adventure. Their efforts to make everyone feel included, from personalized care to photo assistance, were truly remarkable. I highly recommend booking this for an unforgettable, well-organized trip with memories captured beautifully!

We booked a package with JVTO via Klook for our 3D2N adventure trip. Shoutout to Fredy and Fauzi for always accommodating to us; from entertaining our nonsense/requests and also for always making us break into laughter with their fresh set of jokes. We are really grateful and thankful to have them as our guide and driver. They make this trip a really stress- free, enjoyable and a memorable one. माउंट ब्रोमो और तुम्पाक सेवु की हमारी यात्रा अविश्वसनीय थी। हमें सूर्योदय के समय ब्रोमो का स्पष्ट और पूरा नज़ारा देखने का सौभाग्य मिला। बस एक बात का ध्यान रखें: चढ़ाई उम्मीद से कहीं ज़्यादा खड़ी है! तुम्पाक सेवु तक नीचे उतरने के रास्ते में बहुत संकरी, ऊँची सीढ़ियाँ हैं, लेकिन झरना हर प्रयास के लायक है। हमारे गाइड और ड्राइवर, सनी, अद्भुत थे—धैर्यवान, मिलनसार, और उन्होंने हमें पूरे समय आरामदायक रखा। आवास के संबंध में, हमें अर्था कॉटेज से हारमोनी गेस्ट हाउस में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया। यह एक अच्छा विकल्प था, खासकर सेमेरु ज्वालामुखी के शानदार नज़ारे के साथ। जो कोई भी थोड़ी चढ़ाई के लिए तैयार है, उसके लिए इसकी अत्यधिक अनुशंसा की जाती है!

My partner and I did the trip to Ijen and Bromo, and it was truly memorable. From our Ijen guide to our driver, Sudarta-Made, who drove us all the way from Ubud to Ijen, then to Bromo, and back again to Ubud; everything was seamless. It was a very long journey, but our driver's calm presence and excellent driving skills made it feel effortless. The experience itself was surreal. The support we received, the friendly and easy banter with our guide, and the journey through the breathtaking landscapes became the highlight of my entire Indonesia trip. Our guide also took the time to take some breathtaking photos and videos of us which we really appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience that I highly recommend.

Its a great enjoyable time & experience having Hreesang as our tour guide bringing us to all the interesting place in surabaya. Very well informed and knowledgeable about Surabaya history. Accomodate to all our needs along the way especially when i have 2 elderly parents with me and always engaged us with interesting story about surabaya. Highly recommended for those who come to visit Surabaya for the first time. Great itineries with flexibility of changing destination if needed.

Andreas was a great and very knowledgeable local guide. He explained a lot about Surabaya history as we walked and drove around the landmarks. The best must-go spot is the Submarine monument locally called as Monkasel. He was also flexible to swap around the landmarks which I had visited prior to this tour, such as Sanggar Agung temple with Al Akbar National mosque. Andreas' vehicle was also very clean, comfortable and spacious. Souvenir shop he brought me to was also very good price wise. Overall, even though this tour was private, I can recommend this city tour package for first time visitors to Surabaya as it can be time consuming to do the city DIY without a local guide to show you. around.
