Bromo-vuoren retken varaaminen on ehdottomasti sen arvoista. Oppaamme Rizky oli mahtava ja todella huomaavainen sekä kärsivällinen henkilö. Vuosien kokemuksellaan hän varmisti, että saimme parhaan katselupaikan auringonnousua varten. Hän ylitti odotukset tuomalla meille joogamaton istumista varten ja peiton, mikä oli erittäin tervetullutta, koska oli yllättävän kylmä. Suosittelisin tätä retkeä 11/10. Kiitos!

Päiväretkeni Bromo-vuorelle ja Madakaripuran vesiputoukselle 23. kesäkuuta 2025 oli aivan upea, kiitos poikkeuksellisen oppaamme Laylan. Heidän ammattitaitonsa, lämpönsä ja omistautumisensa tekivät kokemuksesta unohtumattoman kello 7.00–17.30. Layla opasti meitä Bromo-vuoren toismaailmallisessa maisemassa innostuneesti, jakaen kiehtovia yksityiskohtia sen historiasta ja varmistaen, että ryhmämme, erityisesti äitini, tunsi olonsa mukavaksi ja huolehdituksi. Hän näki myös vaivaa auttaakseen meitä ottamaan upeita valokuvia, ehdottaen parhaita paikkoja ja kuvakulmia täydellisiä otoksia varten. Madakaripuran vesiputouksella Suman oli erinomainen. Hän tuki äitiäni tarjoamalla kättään koko vaelluksen ajan, navigoiden liukkailla poluilla varovasti varmistaakseen hänen turvallisuutensa ja luottamuksensa. Lisäksi Sumanin valokuvaustaidot loistivat, kun hän auttoi meitä ottamaan henkeäsalpaavia kuvia, jotka vangitsivat täydellisesti vesiputouksen kauneuden. Molempien oppaiden tarkkaavaisuus, tietämys ja intohimo kohteita kohtaan loivat saumattoman ja iloisen seikkailun. Heidän ponnistelunsa saada kaikki tuntemaan olonsa osalliseksi, henkilökohtaisesta huolenpidosta valokuvausapuun, olivat todella merkittäviä. Suosittelen lämpimästi tämän varaamista unohtumattomalle, hyvin järjestetylle matkalle, josta jää kauniisti ikuistettuja muistoja!

My partner and I did the trip to Ijen and Bromo, and it was truly memorable. From our Ijen guide to our driver, Sudarta-Made, who drove us all the way from Ubud to Ijen, then to Bromo, and back again to Ubud; everything was seamless. It was a very long journey, but our driver's calm presence and excellent driving skills made it feel effortless. The experience itself was surreal. The support we received, the friendly and easy banter with our guide, and the journey through the breathtaking landscapes became the highlight of my entire Indonesia trip. Our guide also took the time to take some breathtaking photos and videos of us which we really appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience that I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience joining the 4D3N Ijen Crater, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall & Mount Bromo tour from Surabaya. The trip was well organized, smooth, and truly memorable. A special thanks to our tour guide Fauzi and driver Fredy for their excellent service throughout the journey. Fauzi was very attentive to our needs, ensured we were comfortable and safe at all times, and always went the extra mile to help us. Our driver was also professional, punctual, and made every long journey comfortable and safe. We especially appreciated the effort our guide put into taking beautiful photos and videos for us at every destination. Thanks to him, we captured many unforgettable memories with the amazing views of Ijen, Tumpak Sewu, and Mount Bromo. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the beauty of East Java with a professional and caring team!

Our trip to Mount Bromo and Tumpak Sewu was incredible. We were blessed with a clear, full view of Bromo at sunrise. Just a heads-up: the hikes are much steeper than expected! The trek down to Tumpak Sewu involves very narrow, high stairs, but the waterfall is worth every bit of effort. Our guide and driver, Sunny, was amazing—patient, friendly, and kept us comfortable the entire time. Regarding accommodation, we were moved from Artha Cottage to Harmoni Guest House. It was a nice substitution, especially with the stunning view of the Semeru volcano. Highly recommended for anyone up for a bit of a climb!

Its a great enjoyable time & experience having Hreesang as our tour guide bringing us to all the interesting place in surabaya. Very well informed and knowledgeable about Surabaya history. Accomodate to all our needs along the way especially when i have 2 elderly parents with me and always engaged us with interesting story about surabaya. Highly recommended for those who come to visit Surabaya for the first time. Great itineries with flexibility of changing destination if needed.

Andreas was a great and very knowledgeable local guide. He explained a lot about Surabaya history as we walked and drove around the landmarks. The best must-go spot is the Submarine monument locally called as Monkasel. He was also flexible to swap around the landmarks which I had visited prior to this tour, such as Sanggar Agung temple with Al Akbar National mosque. Andreas' vehicle was also very clean, comfortable and spacious. Souvenir shop he brought me to was also very good price wise. Overall, even though this tour was private, I can recommend this city tour package for first time visitors to Surabaya as it can be time consuming to do the city DIY without a local guide to show you. around.

Hands down the best island tour in Bali, big thanks to ADEN & JENA! Adam’s photography is fantastic. He picked great angles for cliffs and sunsets, and took beautiful couple shots for our birthday trip. We love all the precious photos he captured. Jena gave very professional snorkeling guidance. He explained safety rules clearly, checked our gear carefully, and escorted us in the water to swim safely with manta rays. The luxury yacht trip was wonderful. All entrance fees, snorkeling gear, meals and insurance are covered. The extra hidden sunset viewpoint gave amazing views. Transfers were on time and everything was well arranged. I highly recommend booking this tour with ADEN & JENA!
