Overall, a great day trip out to Takayama & Shirakawa-go! The first offers Edo-period old streets and packed with local energy. Make sure to try the Hida beef skewers or sushi. The latter showcases thatched-roof village; a wonderful mix of historic charm and stunning scenery. Our booking process on Klook was completely easy and the assigned tour guide Ms Yu was excellent with many insider tips. Her clear instructions and smooth coordination with the driver and group made the entire trip hassle-free. The destinations were beautiful and exactly as described. Will have to rtn to self explore as the time spend 90 mins felt too short. Lunch was great too. Don't hesitate to book this—it was worth every penny and easily one of the best parts of my journey!

An acquaintance in Japan recommended this tour, so I stumbled upon it and ended up joining on short notice right before my trip. I was worried at first because it was rainy, but it turned out to be a truly satisfying tour. Shirakawago and Takayama were great, but personally, Gujo Hachiman, which we visited last, left a particularly deep impression. Rather than a flashy tourist spot, it retains a quiet, cozy, old Japanese atmosphere, making it great for a leisurely stroll and taking pictures. Guide Lee Young-min kindly took care of everything from meeting up to transportation and schedule guidance, so it was nice to comfortably tour multiple areas in a single day. In particular, at Gujo Hachiman at the end, I wandered around slowly by myself for a bit and took photos, and it was the most relaxing and memorable time of this trip! The atmosphere seems like it would be completely different in another season, so I would love to join again in the winter. Thank you so much for creating such wonderful memories.

This was my first time joining a Klook one-day tour to famous Japanese attractions. The meeting time was neither too early nor too late, and the location was easy to find. However, on these tours, participants don't know each other, so I believe it would be fairest if the tour guide or your company assigned specific seats to each member in advance. On the day of our tour, we arrived 30 minutes early, checked in with the guide, and learned the tour bus hadn't arrived yet. Since there were so many people, we waited elsewhere, which unfortunately led to us boarding the bus very late and ending up almost at the back. As for the schedule, the time spent at each attraction was acceptable. The tour guide was very responsible, recommending popular must-try products and even planning a route for Shirakawa-go for our reference.

Since these locations are over two hours from Nagoya by car, it is definitely worth joining a local tour. The guide was excellent—responsible, well-organized, and provided plenty of free time, which was more than enough for the visit. I loved the first stop the most, it is well worth the trip. The 'Silver Clock' meeting point is very easy to find, and the maps and suggestions provided by the guide were detailed and easy to follow. They also set up WhatsApp and WeChat groups to ensure seamless communication throughout the day.

हमने समय पर शुरुआत की और समय पर ही समाप्त किया। हमारे टूर गाइड, सीज़र, मददगार थे और उन्हें टूर के बारे में अच्छी जानकारी थी। हमारे बस ड्राइवर, यामाफुजी को विशेष धन्यवाद, जिन्होंने हमें सुरक्षित रूप से कनाज़ावा वापस पहुँचाया।

शिराकावा-गो और ताकायामा टूर नागोया में मिलने वाले सबसे अच्छे टूर में से एक है। इस टूर में कुछ निर्देशित भ्रमण के साथ ताकायामा जाना शामिल है। गाइड द्वारा प्रदान किए गए नक्शों के साथ बस के अंदर दिया गया ओरिएंटेशन हमारे लिए ताकायामा और शिराकावा-गो में घूमने के लिए सबसे अच्छी जगहों के बारे में अच्छी तरह से निर्देशित होने के लिए पर्याप्त था। इस टूर में ऑब्जर्वेशन डेक तक पहुंच प्रदान की गई, जिससे हम तस्वीरें ले सके और स्मृति चिन्ह खरीद सके। ताकायामा में यह टूर हमारे सबसे अच्छे टूर में से एक था क्योंकि हम स्वतंत्र रूप से घूम सके। शिराकावा-गो में भी हम स्वतंत्र रूप से घूम सके।

यात्रा अद्भुत थी, हमारी गाइड काना बहुत मिलनसार थीं और उन्होंने रास्ते में ही सारी जानकारी पहले से दे दी थी, जिससे जब आप पहुँचते हैं तो आपको पहले से पता होता है कि किसे प्राथमिकता देनी है और आसानी से घूमने के लिए आपके पास एक नक्शा होता है। यात्रा जल्दी शुरू होती है, लेकिन जब आप पहुँचते हैं, तो उतनी भीड़ नहीं होती, जो कि अच्छा है। उनकी सलाह मानना बेहतर है और पहले वेधशाला जाना चाहिए, जब मैं पहुँचा तो वह लगभग खाली थी, लेकिन एक घंटे बाद वह बहुत भर गई और दिन भर ऐसा ही रहा। दोपहर का भोजन शानदार था और पारंपरिक दोपहर का भोजन आज़माने का एक अच्छा अवसर था। दोनों जगहें सचमुच लुभावनी थीं और हम बहुत भाग्यशाली थे कि हमें एक बहुत ही धूप वाला दिन मिला। बस भी बहुत अच्छी थी और ईमानदारी से कहूँ तो यह जानकर अच्छा लगा कि मुझे यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सार्वजनिक परिवहन की जानकारी 10 बार जाँचने की ज़रूरत नहीं पड़ी कि मैं सही दिशा में जा रहा हूँ :)। कुल मिलाकर, मुझे लगता है कि यदि आप इस क्षेत्र में हैं तो यह अनुभव निश्चित रूप से इसके लायक है!

Our tour guide, Liu Mei, and our Brazilian-Japanese driver took us on a day trip today to Hida Takayama, and then to Shirakawa-go. We are incredibly grateful to Ms. Liu and the driver because when we spontaneously asked to visit a museum in Hida, they showed the utmost consideration and helped us make it happen. This has truly been the most memorable experience of our trip to Japan so far. The guide was clear, and the driver drove very safely, making every effort to ensure everyone was comfortable throughout the journey. We also learned a lot, thank you! We highly recommend this day trip; my wife loved it too :))

Cici was a great guide, she was fluent in 3 languages, she gave us freedom to follow her around or to explore by ourselves. Felt a bit rushed in gujo hachiman, but the rest felt we had much much spare time to explore. Going with a tour like these is way cheaper than going by yourself.
