This is the third time this month my family and I have used the facilities and received massages. The reception staff are polite and friendly. Some of the Thai masseuses are excellent, but others need further training. Overall, the experience was good, and I hope a particular Thai masseuse can receive additional training.

The spa is quite luxurious with a hot tub with jacuzzi that you can use either before or after the treatment. Then, there is a large room where you can sit down and relax after the treatment and drink some tea, watch some TV etc. Very clean and service is very attentive.

A perfect end to our trip. Altira Spa is one of the best places to relax in Macau. The environment is excellent — quiet, dimly lit and very private. We had a couple’s treatment room with massage beds, a large jacuzzi and steam facilities. The whole space felt calm and well arranged, so it was easy to switch off. The therapists were professional and skilful. The treatment was comfortable and well paced, with no rush. Everything from check-in to the room setup was smoothly arranged. Must-try if you are staying at Altira, especially after a fireworks night. Highly recommended for couples who want a quiet, high-quality spa experience.

Great service and a very clean environment. This hotel spa is reasonably priced, which is a pleasant surprise. I really appreciated the private shower facility in the room. A special thank you to the staff for being so accommodating; they allowed my young daughter to stay on the bed beside me during my massage so we could be together. It was a wonderful experience for both of us! The facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly, making for a pleasant visit. I'm satisfied that the prices are very reasonable for a hotel massage shop (similar to what you'd pay in Korea). The in-room shower is especially convenient. I went with my daughter, and they were very considerate in allowing her to rest on the bed next to me, which made for a truly comfortable time. I would definitely visit again!

Absolutely loved it! 😻 I thought check-in was at 3 PM, but when we arrived at the front desk, they let us go up to our room at 12 PM. The housekeeper even had a little surprise for us when we got to the room. So happy! 🥳

Harbourview Macau is one of the best places to stay in Macau! The hotel is beautiful, with elegant rooms that are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, making it easy to visit major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Great hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bed was huge and soft, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The bathroom was also beautiful and even had a bathtub. The price was also quite reasonable, especially compared to other hotels nearby. There’s even a LINE FRIENDS-themed restaurant, and the lobby has lots of cute LINE FRIENDS designs too. The service was excellent across the board — from the front desk and lobby staff to housekeeping. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. If I had to mention one downside, it would probably be that the air conditioning wasn’t quite cold enough during summer 😂

Been staying in this hotel for 3 times already. Will definitely come back again. Staff were nice and helpful.
