Fantastique Excellently located in the old quarter, this hotel is steps away from good eats and shopping and walkable to Hoan Kiem lake. The room had great AC and water pressure. Wi-Fi was always on. Slept well in the clean sheets. Breakfast included made to order eggs and crepes/pancakes/french toast. Daily Refillable water available in room. Lovely staff, thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff was fantastic. They remembered and greeted us by our names each time. Everyone was always helpful and kind. The front desk staff spoke English very well. The rooms were very clean with very good A/C. The room was a tad dark as the lighting wasn't too bright but the window brought in lots of natural light.

Fantastique Super family friendly hotel right in the heart of Old Quarter, Hanoi. Have been several times over the past 5 years and it is consitently a highlight of our trip. Many thanks to Lan & all the other staff for looking after us so well.
