My 11 year-old daughter and I stayed for 5 nights there. Our flight from Japan arrived at Noi bai airport around 10 pm and we were picked up by airport pickup arranged by the hotel. It was smooth. The driver dropped us off in front of the hotel and knocked on the hotel door for us. The night time receptionist was very helpful even though it was almost midnight. Throughout the stay, all the receptionists were very nice and friendly. They had a hotline phone number 24/7 and I could text them anytime. No coin laundry facility, but there was very affordable laundry service. We took dirty laundry to the reception in the morning and they weighed and charged us, then our laundry came back at night cleaned and folded. They had a travel desk and they arranged 1 cooking class and a 1/2 day tour for us. Both times, we were picked up right at the hotel and nearby street, and dropped off pretty close to the hotel, so that was nice too. Room service, laundry service and tour were charged then we paid at the checkout. Unfortunately their credit card machine was down and I didn't have enough cash. Then one of the receptionist took me to nearby ATM by bike and I withdrew cash there, and that was nice since it was in the afternoon and hot as heck and I didn't feel like walking in the heat. The hotel was located in Old Quarter and we enjoyed their local food. Overall, we had great time there with helpful staff and we would stay there again in a heart beat.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice! They had great food recommendations and even helped talk to our grab driver to coordinate pick ups.

The staff at this property were absolutely amazing - all of the front desk staff were so unbelievably helpful and kind. They had so much knowledge about the area and were helpful with booking onward travel, even walking me to my taxi. The hospitality alone makes this hotel :) the hotel is also in a prime location, not far from the old town. My room overlooked the train which was also an incredible view. This hotel is by far one of the best I’ve stayed in during my 2 month travels.

Lovely stay! The staff were welcoming and attentive, the location was very convenient, and I’d happily return again in the future.

Perfect hotel for solo travellers - it’s really close to the old quarter, the staff are really friendly and give loads of advice on the local area. The hotel is really clean and they allow you to store your bags before or after your stay which was a lifesaver!
