The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and even upgraded our rooms. We had a fantastic stay; after checking out, my child asked if we could come back. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We hope to visit again next time we are in Hong Kong.

Le service de réception est courtois 🥰, et j'ai reçu un bon pour un gâteau d'anniversaire. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, avec une vue magnifique, très dégagée et relaxante. 🥳 Même s'il a plu abondamment ces deux jours et que la piscine était fermée, cela n'a pas gâché mon humeur pour ces vacances d'anniversaire. Le petit bon pour le gâteau d'anniversaire offrait plusieurs choix de desserts 🍮, y compris du chocolat, ce qui est excellent ! ❤️ Cette fois, j'ai apporté des rubans d'anniversaire et des fleurs pour célébrer, c'était parfait ! En termes de transport : il y a des navettes aller-retour pour Tung Chung, Sunny Bay, Disneyland et la gare de West Kowloon. (Les horaires sont affichés sur le site web de l'hôtel). Nourriture/Articles : Juste à côté de l'hôtel, il y a un grand marché (avec des fleurs), un petit Ikea, un petit Mannings, ainsi qu'un 7-Eleven, des bars et plusieurs petits restaurants. À environ 10 minutes en bus, on trouve un centre commercial plus grand à l'autre bout du quai, avec des nouilles taïwanaises, des pizzas, des restaurants occidentaux, des bars, un ParknShop, un fleuriste, un Japan Home et d'autres petites boutiques.

C'est la troisième fois que notre famille de quatre personnes (deux adultes, deux enfants de 4 et 3 ans) vient à l'Arche de Noé ! Nous aimons vraiment l'atmosphère paisible ici, qui procure une sensation de détente totale, loin de l'agitation de la ville. Le meilleur, c'est son expérience « tout-en-un » : pas besoin de quitter l'hôtel pour emmener les enfants jouer dans les différentes salles d'expérience. Il y a non seulement d'adorables petits animaux, mais aussi de nombreuses expériences scientifiques interactives intéressantes, dont la difficulté est juste ce qu'il faut pour les enfants de trois ou quatre ans. C'est une excellente expérience d'apprentissage et d'exploration ! Fortement recommandé aux familles avec de jeunes enfants !

Propreté : La chambre était propre, l'eau chaude de la douche mettait un peu de temps à arriver mais était suffisante, et toutes les prises étaient équipées de câbles de chargement. La réception de la télévision dans la chambre était un peu faible. Emplacement de l'hôtel : Il est très pratique et le moins cher de prendre le bus 3M depuis Tung Chung jusqu'à l'arrêt Mui Wo Market, cela prend environ 40 minutes. L'hôtel fait face à une vue imprenable sur la mer. Les chambres avec vue sur la mer permettent d'apprécier la régularité de la nature et les changements météorologiques matin, midi et soir. Petit-déjeuner : Le petit-déjeuner est semi-buffet, le café, le thé au lait, le pain grillé, le beurre et la confiture sont à volonté. Une plus grande variété serait appréciée. Service : Nous remercions le personnel de la réception d'avoir fait de son mieux pour organiser un départ tardif, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement des installations de l'hôtel. D'autant plus que le jour de notre arrivée était un mardi, jour de fermeture de la piscine, et que nous n'avons pu l'utiliser que le lendemain matin. Le départ tardif nous a donc été très utile. En résumé, l'environnement est calme et magnifique, permettant de ralentir et de profiter pleinement des vacances.

As a Hong Konger, my last stay at a Disney hotel was four years ago, at the classic Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. This time, for my birthday, I decided to try the Hollywood Hotel, and the result was a pleasant surprise! First, there's a shuttle bus from Disneyland Station that takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle service every 30 minutes starting from 12:30 PM, making it easy to plan your day and even visit other hotels for guest-exclusive activities (like crafts, painting, etc.). The hotel seems to have been renovated; I initially thought it might feel a bit dated, but after experiencing it, I found it to be very clean and bright overall. There are Disney decorations everywhere, and Disney cartoons play in the lobby, which was delightful and kept the kids entertained for a long time! The room wasn't huge, but it was full of Disney charm and even prettier than in the pictures! Having visited Disneyland in California, this hotel gives you a very American-style experience, making it feel like a vacation even when you're in Hong Kong. The breakfast was also excellent, especially the Chinese dim sum, which was fantastic. Chef Donald was even there for photos throughout the morning, so breakfast is definitely worth trying!

An extraordinary space with an open pool and gardens, plenty of activities, and of course character greetings — it was truly satisfying. The guest room was spacious enough, equipped with a water purifier, and very comfortable. Since toothbrushes and similar items are not included in the free amenities, I recommend bringing your own.

The best place to stay in HK. I'm so glad I chose this. While it's not within the city, the bus is just 2 minutes away from the hotel. for those who will ride a train, the bus provides a shuttle to Tsuen Wan Station. as to the room, we were provided with 1 king and 2 single beds, My young son loves the room so much, he told me he was sad when we're leaving. As to the staff, they are all hospitable and courteous. I requested for coffee and immediately provided. moreover, the room was cleaned and made up everyday. the food choices is also good though not much of meat. the salad is excellent. and the best thing of all, booking with Klook is so fast and easy. tip: if possible, choose one with the seaview. it will be paradise for you everyday. definitely, we will come back again. one thing more, it's near Disneyland and LantaunIsland. when we go back to HK we will book Grand Bayview Hotel again. thanks so much to the hotel staff for such great stay, for excellent service and luxurious stay

The most thoughtful touch was the in-room capsule coffee machine; brewing a cup in the morning filled the room with an aroma that set a good mood for the entire day. For dinner, we booked the hotel restaurant's buffet, which offered a wide variety of options, including seafood, hot dishes, and desserts. Hotel guests also received a discount. Our family enjoyed a satisfying and happy meal. After dinner, the main event began: the hotel has both outdoor and indoor heated pools. The kids played in the pool and didn't want to get out, while the adults could relax by the poolside for a while. The pool is open until 10 PM, so a leisurely swim after dinner was perfect. After a tiring day of fun, we returned to our room, where the two large beds were soft and comfortable, allowing our family of four to relax. In the quiet of the night, I brewed a cup of the in-room capsule coffee and sat by the window, reminiscing about the day's joyful moments. This moment of tranquility is what a perfect vacation feels like. This fairytale-like accommodation experience cost approximately 1000 HKD per person. For a family, it's not just about a place to sleep, but about adding a full sense of occasion and cherished memories to their Disney trip.
