The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and even upgraded our rooms. We had a fantastic stay; after checking out, my child asked if we could come back. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We hope to visit again next time we are in Hong Kong.

ফ্রন্ট ডেস্কের পরিষেবা খুব ভালো ছিল 🥰, জন্মদিনে একটি কেকের ভাউচার দেওয়া হয়েছিল। ঘরটি পরিপাটি ও পরিষ্কার ছিল, দৃশ্য খুবই চমৎকার এবং খোলামেলা ছিল, খুব আরামদায়ক ছিল। 🥳 যদিও এই দুই দিন লাল ও কালো বৃষ্টি হয়েছিল এবং সুইমিং পুল বন্ধ ছিল, তবুও এটি ঘরে বসে জন্মদিন উদযাপনের আনন্দকে বাধা দিতে পারেনি। জন্মদিনের ছোট কেকের ভাউচারে কয়েকটি 🍮 বিকল্প ছিল, যার মধ্যে চকলেটও ছিল, যা দারুণ! ❤️ এবার জন্মদিনের ফিতা ও ফুল নিয়ে জন্মদিন উদযাপন করা হয়েছে, যা ছিল নিখুঁত! যাতায়াত: টুং চুং, সানি বে, ডিজনি ল্যান্ড এবং ওয়েস্ট কাউলুন স্টেশনে যাতায়াতের ব্যবস্থা আছে। (হোটেলের ওয়েবসাইটে সময়সূচী দেখানো আছে) খাবার/অন্যান্য জিনিসপত্র: হোটেলের পাশেই একটি বেশ বড় মার্কেটপ্লেস (যেখানে ফুলও বিক্রি হয়), একটি ছোট IKEA, একটি ছোট Mannings, এছাড়াও 7-Eleven, একটি বার এবং কয়েকটি ছোট রেস্তোরাঁ আছে; প্রায় 10 মিনিটের বাস যাত্রায় অন্য প্রান্তে একটি বড় শপিং মল আছে, যেখানে তাইওয়ানিজ নুডুলস, পিৎজা, ওয়েস্টার্ন রেস্তোরাঁ ও বার, ParknShop, ফুলের দোকান, Japan Home এবং অন্যান্য ছোট দোকান আছে।

এটা আমাদের চারজনের পরিবারের (দুইজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক, দুইজন শিশু যাদের বয়স যথাক্রমে ৪ এবং ৩ বছর) নোয়া'স আর্কে তৃতীয়বারের মতো আসা! আমরা এখানকার শান্ত পরিবেশটা সত্যিই খুব পছন্দ করি, শহরের কোলাহল থেকে সম্পূর্ণ দূরে এক ধরনের আরামদায়ক অনুভূতি পাওয়া যায়। সবচেয়ে ভালো দিক হলো এর “ওয়ান-স্টপ” অভিজ্ঞতা – হোটেল এলাকা ছেড়ে যাওয়ার কোনো প্রয়োজন নেই, শিশুদের সরাসরি বিভিন্ন এক্সপেরিয়েন্স হলে নিয়ে যাওয়া যায় খেলার জন্য। এখানে শুধু সুন্দর ছোট প্রাণীই নয়, অনেক মজার বিজ্ঞানভিত্তিক ইন্টারেক্টিভ অভিজ্ঞতাও আছে, যা তিন-চার বছর বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য উপযুক্ত এবং শেখার ও অন্বেষণের জন্য একটি চমৎকার অভিজ্ঞতা। ছোট বাচ্চা আছে এমন পরিবারগুলোর জন্য এটি অত্যন্ত সুপারিশযোগ্য!

Cleanliness: The room was clean, and the hot water for the shower took a little while but was sufficient. All outlets were equipped with charging cables. The TV antenna reception in the room was a bit weak. Hotel Location: Taking the 3M bus from Tung Chung directly to the Mui Wo Market stop takes about 40 minutes, which is very convenient and the cheapest option. The hotel faces an unbeatable sea view. From a sea-view room, you can observe the rhythm of nature and the changing weather throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening, which is truly enjoyable. Breakfast: Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with unlimited coffee, milk tea, toast, butter, and jam. It would be even better if there were more variety. Service: We appreciate the front desk staff for doing their best to arrange a late checkout, which allowed us to fully enjoy the hotel's facilities. This was especially helpful since the pool was closed on Tuesday, the day we checked in, meaning we could only use it the following morning. So, the late checkout was very convenient for us. Overall, the environment here is quiet and beautiful, allowing you to slow down and truly enjoy a vacation.

As a Hong Konger, my last stay at a Disney hotel was four years ago, at the classic Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. This time, for my birthday, I decided to try the Hollywood Hotel, and the result was a pleasant surprise! First, there's a shuttle bus from Disneyland Station that takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle service every 30 minutes starting from 12:30 PM, making it easy to plan your day and even visit other hotels for guest-exclusive activities (like crafts, painting, etc.). The hotel seems to have been renovated; I initially thought it might feel a bit dated, but after experiencing it, I found it to be very clean and bright overall. There are Disney decorations everywhere, and Disney cartoons play in the lobby, which was delightful and kept the kids entertained for a long time! The room wasn't huge, but it was full of Disney charm and even prettier than in the pictures! Having visited Disneyland in California, this hotel gives you a very American-style experience, making it feel like a vacation even when you're in Hong Kong. The breakfast was also excellent, especially the Chinese dim sum, which was fantastic. Chef Donald was even there for photos throughout the morning, so breakfast is definitely worth trying!

An extraordinary space with an open pool and gardens, plenty of activities, and of course character greetings — it was truly satisfying. The guest room was spacious enough, equipped with a water purifier, and very comfortable. Since toothbrushes and similar items are not included in the free amenities, I recommend bringing your own.

The best place to stay in HK. I'm so glad I chose this. While it's not within the city, the bus is just 2 minutes away from the hotel. for those who will ride a train, the bus provides a shuttle to Tsuen Wan Station. as to the room, we were provided with 1 king and 2 single beds, My young son loves the room so much, he told me he was sad when we're leaving. As to the staff, they are all hospitable and courteous. I requested for coffee and immediately provided. moreover, the room was cleaned and made up everyday. the food choices is also good though not much of meat. the salad is excellent. and the best thing of all, booking with Klook is so fast and easy. tip: if possible, choose one with the seaview. it will be paradise for you everyday. definitely, we will come back again. one thing more, it's near Disneyland and LantaunIsland. when we go back to HK we will book Grand Bayview Hotel again. thanks so much to the hotel staff for such great stay, for excellent service and luxurious stay

Our family of four stayed in a standard room with two spacious queen beds; one bed alone could comfortably sleep an adult and a child. The room was neat and clean, with little Disney surprises hidden everywhere. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the kids didn't want to get out of bed once they lay down. The most thoughtful touch was the in-room capsule coffee machine; brewing a cup in the morning filled the room with an aroma that set a good mood for the entire day. For dinner, we booked the hotel restaurant's buffet, which offered a wide variety of options, including seafood, hot dishes, and desserts. Hotel guests also received a discount. Our family enjoyed a satisfying and happy meal. After dinner, the main event began: the hotel has both outdoor and indoor heated pools. The kids played in the pool and didn't want to get out, while the adults could relax by the poolside for a while. The pool is open until 10 PM, so a leisurely swim after dinner was perfect. After a tiring day of fun, we returned to our room, where the two large beds were soft and comfortable, allowing our family of four to relax. In the quiet of the night, I brewed a cup of the in-room capsule coffee and sat by the window, reminiscing about the day's joyful moments. This moment of tranquility is what a perfect vacation feels like. This fairytale-like accommodation experience cost approximately 1000 HKD per person. For a family, it's not just about a place to sleep, but about adding a full sense of occasion and cherished memories to their Disney trip.
