The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and even upgraded our rooms. We had a fantastic stay; after checking out, my child asked if we could come back. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We hope to visit again next time we are in Hong Kong.

¡Esta es la tercera vez que nuestra familia de cuatro (dos adultos, dos niños de 4 y 3 años respectivamente) visita el Arca de Noé! Realmente nos encanta el ambiente tranquilo de este lugar, que ofrece una sensación de relajación total, lejos del bullicio de la ciudad. Lo mejor es su experiencia "todo en uno": no es necesario salir del hotel para llevar a los niños directamente a los diferentes pabellones de experiencias. Aquí no solo hay animales adorables, sino también muchas experiencias interactivas de ciencia interesantes, con un nivel de dificultad perfecto para niños de tres y cuatro años, lo que lo convierte en una excelente experiencia de aprendizaje y exploración. ¡Lo recomendamos encarecidamente a familias con niños pequeños!

El servicio de recepción fue muy amable 🥰, y recibí un cupón de pastel por mi cumpleaños. La habitación estaba ordenada y limpia, con una vista excelente, muy abierta y relajante. 🥳 Aunque llovió mucho estos dos días y la piscina estaba cerrada, eso no impidió que disfrutara de mi escapada de cumpleaños en la habitación. El cupón para el pastelito de cumpleaños ofrecía varias opciones 🍮, ¡incluyendo chocolate, lo cual es genial! ❤️ Esta vez traje serpentinas y flores para celebrar mi cumpleaños, ¡fue perfecto! En cuanto al transporte: hay servicio de ida y vuelta a Tung Chung, Sunny Bay, Disneyland y la estación de West Kowloon. (Los horarios se muestran en la página web del hotel). Comida/Artículos: Justo al lado del hotel hay un marketplace bastante grande (donde venden flores), un pequeño Ikea, un pequeño Mannings, además de un 7-Eleven, un bar y varios restaurantes pequeños; a unos 10 minutos en autobús, se llega a un centro comercial más grande en el otro extremo del muelle, que cuenta con fideos taiwaneses, pizza, restaurantes y bares occidentales, ParknShop, una floristería, Japan Home Centre y otras tiendas pequeñas.

Cleanliness: The room was clean, and the hot water for the shower took a little while but was sufficient. All outlets were equipped with charging cables. The TV antenna reception in the room was a bit weak. Hotel Location: Taking the 3M bus from Tung Chung directly to the Mui Wo Market stop takes about 40 minutes, which is very convenient and the cheapest option. The hotel faces an unbeatable sea view. From a sea-view room, you can observe the rhythm of nature and the changing weather throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening, which is truly enjoyable. Breakfast: Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with unlimited coffee, milk tea, toast, butter, and jam. It would be even better if there were more variety. Service: We appreciate the front desk staff for doing their best to arrange a late checkout, which allowed us to fully enjoy the hotel's facilities. This was especially helpful since the pool was closed on Tuesday, the day we checked in, meaning we could only use it the following morning. So, the late checkout was very convenient for us. Overall, the environment here is quiet and beautiful, allowing you to slow down and truly enjoy a vacation.

The best place to stay in HK. I'm so glad I chose this. While it's not within the city, the bus is just 2 minutes away from the hotel. for those who will ride a train, the bus provides a shuttle to Tsuen Wan Station. as to the room, we were provided with 1 king and 2 single beds, My young son loves the room so much, he told me he was sad when we're leaving. As to the staff, they are all hospitable and courteous. I requested for coffee and immediately provided. moreover, the room was cleaned and made up everyday. the food choices is also good though not much of meat. the salad is excellent. and the best thing of all, booking with Klook is so fast and easy. tip: if possible, choose one with the seaview. it will be paradise for you everyday. definitely, we will come back again. one thing more, it's near Disneyland and LantaunIsland. when we go back to HK we will book Grand Bayview Hotel again. thanks so much to the hotel staff for such great stay, for excellent service and luxurious stay

Como hongkonés, la última vez que me alojé en un hotel de Disney fue hace 4 años, en el clásico Disneyland Hotel. Esta vez, aprovechando mi cumpleaños, decidí probar el Hollywood Hotel, ¡y el resultado fue una grata sorpresa! Primero, desde la estación de Disney, hay un autobús de enlace que te lleva al hotel en unos 10-15 minutos, lo cual es muy conveniente. Además, el hotel ofrece un servicio de autobús de ida y vuelta cada 30 minutos a partir de las 12:30, lo que permite planificar bien el tiempo y facilita el acceso a actividades exclusivas para huéspedes en otros hoteles (como manualidades, pintura, etc.). El hotel debe haber sido renovado, ya que al principio pensé que tendría un aire anticuado, pero después de la experiencia, me pareció muy limpio y luminoso en general. Hay decoraciones de Disney por todas partes, y en el vestíbulo se proyectan dibujos animados de Disney, lo que es muy agradable y mantuvo a los niños sentados y entretenidos durante mucho tiempo. La habitación no es grande, pero está llena del espíritu Disney, ¡y es incluso más bonita que en las fotos! Habiendo visitado Disneyland California, este lugar te ofrece un estilo muy americano, brindándote una experiencia de viaje incluso estando en Hong Kong. En cuanto al desayuno, también es delicioso, especialmente los dim sum chinos, que son excelentes. Ese día, el chef Donald estuvo presente para tomarse fotos contigo durante todo el desayuno, ¡así que el desayuno es definitivamente muy recomendable!

An extraordinary space with an open pool and gardens, plenty of activities, and of course character greetings — it was truly satisfying. The guest room was spacious enough, equipped with a water purifier, and very comfortable. Since toothbrushes and similar items are not included in the free amenities, I recommend bringing your own.

The most thoughtful touch was the in-room capsule coffee machine; brewing a cup in the morning filled the room with an aroma that set a good mood for the entire day. For dinner, we booked the hotel restaurant's buffet, which offered a wide variety of options, including seafood, hot dishes, and desserts. Hotel guests also received a discount. Our family enjoyed a satisfying and happy meal. After dinner, the main event began: the hotel has both outdoor and indoor heated pools. The kids played in the pool and didn't want to get out, while the adults could relax by the poolside for a while. The pool is open until 10 PM, so a leisurely swim after dinner was perfect. After a tiring day of fun, we returned to our room, where the two large beds were soft and comfortable, allowing our family of four to relax. In the quiet of the night, I brewed a cup of the in-room capsule coffee and sat by the window, reminiscing about the day's joyful moments. This moment of tranquility is what a perfect vacation feels like. This fairytale-like accommodation experience cost approximately 1000 HKD per person. For a family, it's not just about a place to sleep, but about adding a full sense of occasion and cherished memories to their Disney trip.
