J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux au Novotel Citygate Hong Kong. Le service était exceptionnel, et le personnel était attentif, courtois et toujours prêt à aider. Leur chaleureuse hospitalité a rendu notre séjour vraiment agréable.
Une attention particulière qui a beaucoup compté pour nous a été la surprise d'anniversaire attentionnée qu'ils ont préparée pour ma mère. Le gâteau d'anniversaire et le message personnalisé ont été très appréciés et ont rendu sa célébration encore plus mémorable.
Merci à toute l'équipe pour leur service exceptionnel et pour avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable et mémorable.
