Age Limit

• Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted.

Remarks

• You are recommended to arrive 30 minutes before the event starts. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break.
• The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
• One person per Ticket, children under the age of 6 will not be admitted.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged nor payment refunded.
• Entry may be refused if any details on the Ticket have been omitted or altered or if the Ticket is damaged, defaced or otherwise mutilated.
• Holders of concessionary Tickets will be admitted only on production of acceptable proof of eligibility.
• Latecomers will be admitted only if there is a suitable break in the performance.
• Ticketholders must produce proof of age if required to do so by the Venue Manager.
• Children’s admission arrangements vary according to the Event.

Adverse Weather Arrangements

• If a black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal no. 8 or above is in force three hours before the start of the event, the event will be cancelled.
• If a typhoon signal no. 3 is in force three hours before the start of the event, please check the latest programme arrangements on the social media platforms of Freespace and WestK.
