The line for immigration at Hanoit airport was very long and without the rast track we would have, most probably missed the connecting flight. The staffs of Klook were efficient and helpful. The service was worth every penny.

I highly recommend the VIP Fast Track Immigration service at Hanoi Airport. The entire process was incredibly smooth, fast, and hassle-free. As soon as we got off the plane, a staff member was already waiting for us with a sign displaying our names. We were escorted directly to the immigration counter without having to queue, and then guided to the baggage claim area. From landing to exiting the airport, the whole process took only about 15 minutes. It was definitely worth it and made our arrival stress-free and very efficient.
