Things to do at Tung Chung

Take the cable car around 3:00 pm on the sixth day, and there are very few people. The scenery along the way is beautiful, and the cable car is comfortable and safe. Choose to take the bus for the return journey, and the bus takes more than half an hour to get to Tung Chung MTR Station.

Very happy family day, I strongly recommend picking up a 360-degree panorama from Ngong Ping to Tung Chung Station on the return trip. There is a great chance to have your own box. Klook is convenient to buy tickets. It takes about half an hour to wait for the second day of the new year.

I took the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car on December 26th. My friend and I waited 100 minutes in line for the cable car because the queue was so long. We finally got into the cable car, but it was pitch black at that point. There were practically no lights throughout the journey from Ngong Ping to Tung Chung, so it was a very interesting experience to see the night lights and the runways light up at Hong Kong International Airport.

I got on from Tung Chung around 14:30 on Saturday, but it was very empty and I didn't have to wait. The 20 minute flight was a lot of fun and the scenery was amazing. Thanks to the use of crystals, the children were able to observe the sea and trees at their feet from directly above, and the children seemed to enjoy themselves. Around 17:30, it was more crowded with people heading to Tochaku, but the line was long enough for children to wait. The line was a little shorter for Crystal. It was correct to use Crystal for both round trips. (Picture shows that they are almost not lined up)

A pleasant surprise to have a relaxing trip in Tung Chung on a Sunday. At first, I thought that there might be crowds and long queues for the Ngong Ping 360 cable car due to Sunday but surprisingly the queue is short and acceptable. In addition, there is a dedicated Klook counter for cable car tickets redemption which is very convenient.

The scenery on the trip is wonderful. You could visit the Buddha, the shopping and eating area, hiking to Phoenix or walk down to Tung Chung from the trail.

Booked a ticket at KLOOK, and it was quick and convenient to exchange tickets at the station. It was not a holiday that day, and there were not many tourists. The two of us could occupy a carriage and enjoy the scenery of the airport and Tung Chung. There are not many people at Ngong Ping Market and Po Lin Monastery, so you can explore around leisurely, and there are many choices of restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, there may be too few tourists during this time, and some restaurants are not open. The overall experience of the day was a relaxed and freehand experience and excellent value for money.

The cable car ride gives us a good experience seeing the surrounding beautiful scenery along the cable car from Tung Chung to Ngong Ping in 25 minutes. Excellent!
