    Great service. Easy and convenient to use. With the QR code you can literally go right up to the airport Express turnstiles and beep through. One thing to note - at the HK airport Express station only 2 turnstiles have QR scanners and a lot of people enter through them. So be aware there is generally a queue there so it takes 2-3 minutes before you can pass through.

How To Use

Voucher Usage

  • Scan the QR code on your mobile voucher or the printed voucher to enter the gate directly
  • One way journey QR Code: the QR Code must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase
  • Roundtrip journey QR Code: The first journey must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase, whereas the second journey must be made within 30 days from the date of the first journey
  • Roundtrip QR Codes entitle the passenger to two Airport Express journeys. The passenger must use the same QR Code to travel to and from the designated station
  • Passengers using the Free In-town Check-in service should use the same QR Code for the service beforehand
  • Child tickets are only applicable to children aged 3-11 and you may be asked to present a valid passport or similar proof by MTR staff
  • To prevent unauthorized use, please do not share the QR code to others
How It Works:
  • From the Airport: No ticket required for boarding from the airport! When you reach your destination station, scan the QR code and pass through the gate directly
  • From City: Simply scan your QR Code and enter through the gate directly

    Just have to buy the tickets online and you can take airport express in a fast and convenient way. Long queues are avoided and the price is cheaper than that in airport express counter. It is for sure a bargain.

    I just bought this ticket right before I took the airport express at Tsing Yi station! It was very convenient by just using the QR code to get onboard! The train was fast and clean, it takes me around 15 mins to the airport!

    This is a very nice experience and i would definitely recommend it to all my relatives, friends who travel in or out from the airport! The train always run on time and it takes less than 30 minutes from the CBD to the airport. Definitely a plus for travellers with luggage as you can check in your luggage at the airport express station so you could do your last minute shopping and visit care-free! It’s safe, reliable, fast and convenient! You can also earn extra credits and discount through booking on klook! 😊

    I think buying Airport Express via Klook is the only way one should buy. Apart from the price competitiveness one could get via Klook because Klook will double the difference if there is another cheaper seller, one could get the tickets immediately via email once the transaction is completed. Beats the queue, no need to figure out the cash to pay at the counter and fits travelers who like to pre plan their travels. I have snapped some pictures of the airport express, please see them

    Great experience. Instantly got the ticket and could board the train directly. Bit hard to scan the QR code tho, but don’t think Klook can do anything about it. Otherwise it’s perfect give the price paid - cheap!

Q: Can I use this ticket to travel from the Airport Express Stations in the city to Hong Kong Airport? (Tsing Yi/Kowloon/ Hong Kong Stations to HK International Airport Station)

A: Yes. These one way tickets are valid in either direction (city->airport or airport->city). If you wish to use it from the city to the airport, simply scan the QR code and pass through the gate directly, no ticket redeem needed.

Q: Can I buy a child ticket on Klook?

A: Yes, we sell child tickets for single trip journeys but unfortunately no child tickets for roundtrip journeys. You can buy 2 child single trip tickets to make a roundtrip on Klook, or you can buy the child roundtrip ticket at any Airport Express Customer Service Centre or Ticket Issuing Machine.

Q: I made a mistake when choosing the stations, can I change my ticket?

A: Yes. If you want to get off at a further station, you will need to pay the full retail price fare difference at the Airport Express Customer Service Counter by showing your QR code to service staff. You can also get off at an earlier station but you will not be able to get a refund for the difference in fares.
