We are so disappointed when we get to ngong ping village and found out that art of chocolate shop is closed! it says there coming soon! We didn’t get any notifications from klook! We we’re allowed to book the activity when in fact it is still not operating! I and my sister in law relayed our concerns to klook about the matter and asking for a refund but until now we are not getting any response or updates from klook! we are very disappointed!!!!
Well, the exhibition hall was very small and there wasn't much to see, but at the end, you could taste chocolate and they gave explanations, so I give it a 5-star rating for their warmth. The Ukrainian pastry chef who created the chocolate artwork was so cool, and I was impressed by his always challenging and enterprising attitude. The chocolate he used was also quite heavy, and I was touched when I heard that he made it in Hong Kong. It took a year to make it, so I really respect him. Please visit at least once and see the chocolate artist's 🍫 wonderful artwork.
the chocolate exhibit and tasting was okay. we specifically liked the ruby chocolate :)
Person in charge is very accomodating. Really told us a lot about the chocolates. Wished I booked the one with workshop. If you have time, can include in your itinerary.
The waiter was very attentive, patient and kind. He explained the exhibits clearly and in detail. The environment was good, but the exhibits were not dusty.

This is the second time I have attended the workshop with my children! In the hot summer, when you are tired or too hot after walking around Ngong Ping 360 and the Big Buddha, going to the chocolate workshop is a good choice. There are not many chocolate works on display, so don’t expect too much. The focus is on chocolate tasting and chocolate DIY. Children are usually very creative and use the gold powder and small flowers provided to decorate the chocolate. You can play this for about 30 minutes.
