Check-in was smooth, the room was spacious, elegant, spotless, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The location is a huge plus, with direct access to the mall and easy connections to the MTR and buses. What I appreciated most was the service. The front desk team was friendly and welcoming, and a special thank you to the tall gentleman at the front desk who kindly helped me when I was on my way to Macau. He took the time to clearly explain how to get to the bus for HZMB Port near the hotel and made sure I knew where to go. As a traveler, that level of care really stood out. Overall, a stress-free and enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again! transport access: 10 hotel location: 10 cleanliness: 10 service: 10

The stay at Novotel Citygate was overall satisfactory, highlighted by clean rooms, daily fresh bottled water, a convenient location near the airport and Citygate Outlets, and a helpful free shuttle. However, the experience was disrupted after a long day of exploring when an empty shower gel bottle took over 20 minutes to be refilled by staff after calling reception.

This is my third stay at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong, and it has always been a wonderful experience! My first and third visits were with my officemates, while my second was with my family. Whether for work or a family getaway, the hotel has always been a great choice. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the MTR, airport, and outlet stores. I love relaxing ambience, clean and modern rooms, and especially the friendly and accommodating staff. The complimentary airport shuttle is another big plus! Three stays and still a happy guest! Will definitely keep coming back and gladly recommend Novotel Citygate to anyone visiting Hong Kong.
