friendly staff, clean room, great location (connected to outlet mall and mrt). Fantastic location for those who wants to go Disneyland as it’s only 2 stops away (avoids crowd when leaving). breakfast is decent as well, with very friendly staff who will kindly assist you.

Overall satisfied, except that check-in was meant to be at 2 PM. We arrived at 3 PM but weren't checked in until 4 PM—two hours late. However, they did compensate us with a two-hour late check-out.

Clean room and it feels new. Our room was upgraded too, which was a nice surprise. You just need to take the lift to reach Citygate Outlet Mall—very convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed with the buffet breakfast; the food choices were limited, and it didn’t quite feel like an Accor hotel experience.
