Very big hotel. The onsen is awesome. My son loves the swimming pool area. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Location is great, walkable to convenience stores, souvenir shops and other sightseeing spots. They are sharing carpark with Jigokudani Observation Deck, hence you can check in first to get the parking ticket before going to the Jigokudani.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to the subway station. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable space and soft, cozy beds. The service staff are friendly and polite, and check-in is quick. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and tastes good. The overall environment is quiet, perfect for relaxation. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

lovely hotel! extremely generous spread for dinner and breakfast! 5 mins walk to the town and Hell Valley!love love the onsen! the shuttle bus was very worth it,stops right in front of the hotel,i understand you can take the jr train however its twice the price. it costs 1000yen one way to the hotel via the bus. seamless transfer. Wonderful experience, great location. walking distance to town and restaurants. Natural attractions are just steps outside the front door. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I had a great time using it at a low price! I was worried about whether I should book an expensive Ryokan since I was going alone, but it was so great that I could use the Dai-ichi Takimotokan Ryokan next door if I stayed here. I heard that this is the biggest Ryokan, and it really is big. The baths are big and there are about 10 small ones, and there is also an outdoor hot spring, which was great.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hell Valley and a small town. The hotel staff are friendly and can communicate in English, far exceeding the English proficiency of hotel staff in larger cities like Sapporo. The hotel's onsen provides body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toner, and lotion, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is quite old and could use some renovation.
