Very impressive hotel, tallest at Tsuen Wan area. We were upgraded to the high stack, which has a perfect view of the bridge and the West. Room is big, clean, cozy. Check-in area was busy, but the staff were very efficient. Checking out was a breeze too. Nice hotel with reasonable price, will come back next time in Hong Kong.
Only negative is the poor design of the shower room floor, which resulted in water flowing out of the shower room.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. One of the best features was the free shuttle service, very convenient for getting to the MTR station and even to the airport. It saved me both time and hassle. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Best rate in Klook and It’s easy to use. Disneyland area is safe and everything is excellent. I love a little details in room eg. adapter plug, USB, cups and water machine. It has no plastic in room, so it concerns of environment. love it.

I had an exceptional stay at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel. The service was truly outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with all areas well-maintained and spotless. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options that suited everyone in our group.
Transportation access was incredibly convenient, making it easy to reach the parks and move around without any hassle. The hotel’s location itself is perfect—close to Hong Kong Disneyland and ideal for families looking for a seamless Disney experience.
Overall, a perfect stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hong Kong Disneyland.

the hotel staff was kind to upgrade my room from standard twin to superior room as I was only staying for a night. The room was clean even the toilet. Transpo is also not a problem as there are minibuses, nearby airport bus stations and other buses and taxis often standby in front of the hotel entrance. 7eleven is 24 hrs open so if you ever run out of food or get hungry all of a sudden you can go to L1 to buy snacks.
