we had a good experience here. we were allowed early check in, room is clean, staff are nice. location is just far from mtr but there is a shuttle going to tst.

hotel was accessible to different transpos. there was a bus direct to and from the airport, HZMB port and MTR station is just a few mins away. there is a variety of food options, shops and groceries in the lower levels of the hotel. Room was very spacious and value for money! will book again if given the chance!

We really had a great stay in our hotel but our room's airconditioner is not working as intended. We already set the aircon to 5C but it's not cold enough. Other than this, everything is great. The staff always make sure that our rooms are clean. I had an opporunity to use the hote's gym (there's also an Anytime Fitness branch within the building). There's an airport bus just below the building.

Good service and good price! our water shower ran out the 2nd night but they assisted us very well and upgraded our room! would book here again as it’s very convenient, it’s near buses, MTR station, and even has a mall in the same building.
