search 'hotel ease access tsuen wan' in apple maps so you'll find it easily. the hotel is near a convenience store named 'easy joy' near a gas station, it's also near bus stops & mtr so it's very convenient

Although the location was very far from the central part of Hong Kong, it was easy to access the MTR and buses to go to the central parts of Hong Kong. We had an issue with the air conditioning since we visited Hong Kong during the summer. However, the staff was very accommodating. They offered us a room with a better AC, and they also offered us a fan for our room. That was very accommodating of them. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience since the room was very clean, the staff was accommodating, and we didn't have many other problems with the hotel, other than the AC. Overall, it was a good experience.

Our overall stay is good, they maintain the cleanliness of our room and you can have a good rest after a long walk. Location is far from central but MTR is walking distance so it’s still accessible to different areas.. Not sure about the free shuttle cause the staff told us they dont have that. But overall everything is good, our room has spacious shower with heater, which is needed after a tiring day. 5/5
