Our stay at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel was truly a magical experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the warmth and friendliness of the Cast Members, who made us feel so welcome and special. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, but what made our stay even more meaningful was seeing the happiness and excitement on our 4-year-old son’s face throughout our visit. Every little Disney detail made him feel like he was part of the magic. The convenient transportation to Disneyland, the family-friendly atmosphere, and the wonderful service made everything so easy and enjoyable for us as parents. This trip created beautiful memories that our family will treasure for a long time. Thank you to everyone at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel for making our stay so memorable. We truly loved every moment and would absolutely love to come back again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our Mickey-themed room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The best part was the amazing view—we could see the castle right from our room, which made our stay feel even more magical, especially at night. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

I love Disney’s Hollywood Hotel! Really bang for the buck! The place smells nice and the hotel crew are warm and approachable compared to the main Disneyland Hotel. The lobby of the Hollywood Hotel is simple but elegant (I think the Explorer’s Lodge has the best lobby among the 3 hotels). I booked a mickey mouse themed room and my kids are really happy. We had a nice view of the garden especially because our room is at rhe first floor. It is really recommended to stay at one of the disneyland hotels if you are visiting the park with kids. Transpo is easy and you could go back to your room at any time.

Under the new regulation, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotels are prohibited from providing for free toiletries packed in disposable plastic containers, toiletries made of plastics and disposable plastic-bottled water in the guest rooms. Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotels suggest that travelling guests bring their own toiletries to participate in the “reduce plastic” initiative and help minimize the use of disposable plastic products. For Guests staying at Disney's Hollywood Hotel, Guests can purchase a toiletries set (for 4 guests) at the Hotel Front Desk at HKD$40 upon check-in. The in-room plastic-bottled water are replaced with filtered water dispensers. Disney’s Hollywood Hotel will start exterior renovation works by phases from Nov 2024 and the work will last for approximately 14 months.
