Went to all locations as specified on the itinerary. Enough time was provided at each. Only downside was the place we stopped and could have lunch at - all the restaurants were either full, out of our budget, or closed due to having sold out of their ingredients for the day. Guide suggested us to go to the Seico Mart convenience store if we couldn't find a restaurant, which quite a few groups ended up doing. There was enough food at the convenience store so that wasn't an issue. The highlight was definitely the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival which we had to pay an extra ¥1,000 per person for when we arrived (purchased tickets there). It was a great experience. If you are taking lots of photos, then the time there may not be enough. Overall, the other spots were a little underwhelming. The bear ranch was not cheap to enter and was a lot smaller than expected...

Hey Mila!! Thank you!!!!! First of all, thank you so much Mila. Thanks to Mila, I had a fun and comfortable trip to a great travel destination!! I've been to Japan more than 15 times so far, and all I've ever done is eat, see, and buy things. My friend and I wanted to experience an activity, so we booked a unique trip through Klook and applied for a tour under Mila's guidance and went for a day. Actually, I hesitated because they only spoke English & Chinese, but I applied because I wanted to ride a snowmobile in a cool way. Sure enough, there were only me and my friend, two Koreans, on the tour lol. But I really enjoyed it. Everyone should definitely ride a snowmobile at least once, the thrill is amazing. It was nice that Mila kept asking me kindly if I had eaten and if I had enjoyed watching it. I'm sorry that the two guys didn't listen to me and kept looking for smoking areas and running around, which made Mila anxious. Mila, you will be blessed. You took pictures and treated me kindly and led me to the end. Even if you don't speak Korean, she will explain everything slowly in English. If other people come, Biei tour is good, but you should go to Noboribetsu. It's good to just look around and it's good to experience activities. Mila!! Arigato!!!

An interesting tour with the Hell Valley being the highlight. Don’t underestimate the path if your going in winter—some parts are very icy and slidy—but overall manageable. Also, there’s an opportunity to snow mobile and it’s a diff experience from other snowmobile areas you should try.

I participated in a day trip from Sapporo to Noboribetsu and Lake Toya. From quickly creating a group chat after placing the order to sending location information and contacting individuals, to taking photos for tourists and having cash on hand throughout the entire trip, the overall experience was excellent. The itinerary was well-organized and compact, allowing us to experience the diverse pleasures of nature, culture, and leisure in one day.
The most impressive sight on this trip was undoubtedly Noboribetsu Hell Valley.
The moment I stepped into the valley, I was awestruck by a primal force. In the huge volcanic crater remains, the pale, jagged rocks intertwined with the exposed reddish-brown surface, resembling the wounds of the earth. Dozens of vents continuously spewed out scorching white steam, accompanied by a strong smell of sulfur, as if the earth was still breathing deeply. Walking along the trails, boiling turquoise hot spring pools and bubbling mud spouts were everywhere, forming a spectacular scene of ice and fire under the cover of winter snow. Overlooking from the observation deck, the entire valley was shrouded in mist, solemn and magnificent, making people truly feel the originality and grandeur of the earth's vitality.
Another unforgettable highlight was snowmobile riding.
The price was transparent (15,000 yen for a single rider, 20,000 yen for two riders), and the thrill of racing across the snowfield made my adrenaline soar. Our family of three each rode a snowmobile and enjoyed the ride in the snowfield. Thanks to our guide, Xiao Yan, who had prepared enough cash for us in advance, we were spared the trouble of exchanging currency on the spot. Although it snowed that day, it made the riding experience even more flavorful.
All of this perfect experience was inseparable from the professionalism and dedication of guide Xiao Yan and his team (team list in the picture).
1. Proactive and meticulous service: From preparing cash to responding to weather changes, she always arranged things before the guests even needed them, giving us peace of mind throughout the entire trip.
2. Professional and engaging explanation: Guide Yan was very knowledgeable about the geological origins of Hell Valley, the ecology of the Bear Park, and even the local culture. Her Chinese and English explanations were clear and lively.
3. Sincere, friendly, and heartwarming throughout: Guide Yan's smile and service were full of warmth, making the whole team atmosphere harmonious, as if we were traveling with a reliable friend.
A perfect trip, both encountering breathtaking natural wonders and experiencing impeccable professional service. If you also choose this route, I highly recommend Guide Xiao Yan and his team. Their dedication will elevate your journey. A dedicated tour guide team deserves to be discovered! Thank you!

Thank you, Ms. Zhou Lijia, for guiding our group. You were very responsible with your bilingual explanations throughout the trip, which must have been quite tiring given the long drive. Jigokudani (Hell Valley) offers a spectacular volcanic landscape, similar to what you might find in Yangmingshan in Taipei, but the addition of snow here makes it feel quite unique. Lake Toya is beautiful, but the time spent there felt a bit short. It would have been even better if we could have included a short walking trail, similar to what we did at Jigokudani.

This is my first time here. The tour guide is also the driver, so it's hard for him to take us around. But he's still leading us very diligently. I think it's a lot of fun. The driver's introduction is also very thorough!
