Not far from the station, the room is a decent size, and there's a Don Quijote and a convenience store downstairs (very convenient!). It's about a 25-minute walk to Zenkoji Temple.

The hotel is very close to Nagano Station, just a short walk away. It is on the opposite side, with a skywalk and an elevator to the station. Next to the hotel, there is a 7-11 nearby. The room is spacious, but the only downside is that the air conditioning in the room is not cool even when adjusted to the highest level.

Perfect Hotel! Breakfast buffet was alot of variety just as expected from JAL. I am also grateful for the JAL CITY HOTEL and staff because I forgot my gold earrings in the room, contacted them and after 3 days, I received them in the mail. Only in Japan!!! I Love Japan!
