We had a brilliant time on the tour. Taketo was a fantastic tour guide who was knowledgeable, engaging and spoke great English. He really made the day for us. The monkey park and vineyard were highlights of the day although all the locations we visited were stunning. I would absolutely recommend this tour to any other visitors!

totally worth the effort to see the Snow Monkey (Japanese Macaques) at Jihokudani Monkey Park, Nagano. These macaques (happily bathing at steaming onsen) dont mind the presence of humans around them. But be ready to walk the ascending unpaved trail (approx 1.2km to 1.5km, one way). Also The visit to Tokagushi Shrine gives us a feeling of serenity with very high/old cedar trees lining both sides of the trail.

On the left side after u exit the ticket gates in Nagano Station, u can see the hotel immediately upon exiting because it is just across the street. Check in was fast, the staff were friendly & the amenities are available in the lobby. The room size is not too big but I liked the complimentary soap and shampoo, they felt great on the skin & hair. What makes this place unique is the contrast between the two sides of the station. The East Exit side where the hotel is located is much quieter at night, many houses dimming their lights early. On the other hand, the Zenkoji Exit side (the right side of the gate) is very lively and glamorous. The city feels like it has two completely different faces! I am very pleased with the easy access to the train station and the bus terminal. From here, you can easily take a bus to the Alpine Route, Hakuba, Kamikochi, or Jigokudani Monkey Park. Zenkoji Temple is also close by, about a 15-minute walk. The nearest coin laundry is a little over 1 km away.

We stayed here with plans to visit Togakushi Shrine. While it's a short drive to Togakushi Shrine, the hotel's location in Nagano City made it easily accessible and very convenient for sightseeing.
The hotel's parking lot was full, so we used a nearby affiliated parking lot. It was closer than we expected and didn't feel like an inconvenience at all.
The staff at check-in were courteous, and the room was well-equipped with amenities like toner and lotion sets, as well as coffee and tea. The room was clean and comfortable. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided, but since the coffee was made using bottled water, one bottle was used for that, leaving us feeling a bit short on drinking water.
However, the hotel also has vending machines for drinks and a coin laundry on the first floor, which seems convenient for longer stays.
Zenko-ji Temple felt a bit far to walk to, so we drove, but it was very close by car and convenient for sightseeing.
Despite the affordable price, the room was spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Excellent hotel for a stay in Nagano. It's close to the station and offers many free services, including ramen in the evening, laundry, and of course, an onsen.

The location is excellent, with direct access to Nagano Station and the Midori shopping center. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining. There's direct access to Nagano Station, the bus terminal, and the Midori shopping center. It's also close to Zenkoji Temple and the Togakushi bus stop, as well as Don Quijote and various restaurants.
