The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, also called il salotto di Milano (Milan’s living room), is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Milan. It's right between Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Scala, making it easy to find if you're exploring the city center. Built in the 1800s by architect Giuseppe Mengoni, this magnificent shopping arcade is shaped like a Latin cross and covered with a high glass and iron dome. Inside, you'll find luxury shops like Prada, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton, along with fancy restaurants, old-school cafes, and stylish bars. It’s more than just a shopping mall—it’s a place full of history, art, and fashion. The best part of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele is the central dome, which has a beautiful mosaic showing the continents of Asia, Africa, Europe, and America. Right under the dome is the famous bull mosaic. Locals say if you spin on the bull’s heel three times with your right foot, it will bring good luck! Whether you want to shop, eat, or just walk through this stunning Milanese galleria, the Vittorio Emanuele II Galleria is one of the top places to visit in Milan. It was a wonderful experience overall. We booked with Klook and we instantly got our tickets. We just had to show them the QR at the entrace for lift access and that's it. Definitely trustworthy. It's a must visit!

Highly recommend! When gathering in the morning, be sure to arrive early! That area is where all the tour groups meet, and you need to ask each guide if they are the one you booked. However, the tour bus was the most luxurious I've ever ridden on! (Try to choose a seat on the right side of the bus, as there are more views on that side.) The boat was also the cleanest I've ever seen in terms of the glass, making taking photos effortless. The tour guide on this trip was amazing! They spoke four languages and switched between them very quickly! They distribute small radio receivers to everyone on the bus, so you don't have to worry about not hearing them when they're leading the group on foot. In short, it was an incredible value! I originally wanted to plan the transportation, train rides, and boat tickets myself, and since it involved crossing borders, I thought better of it and bought this tour package. It allowed me to follow along without having to think, and I really was able to just follow along mindlessly and happily take photos! Especially not having to figure out how to get to Lugano or having to wait in line for the boat – I was so happy! Plus, the beautiful scenery... Please, everyone, book this tour! It's a real bargain! Mindlessly follow along to the most beautiful places.

The guide and driver were excellent. They even sang a birthday song for my wife who had a birthday that day. The whole bus sang also.

The tour guide is commendable, the itinerary is rich, the town's environment is beautiful, the lake view is clear and green, the lake tour has a great atmosphere, and the boatman is worthy of praise. It's so much fun!

Take the elevator up to the higher floors to avoid walking; the view from the top is excellent and highly recommended. Although walking to the top is cheaper, it's much more strenuous.

Convenience of booking with Klook: Spontaneous ticket purchases, very convenient, saves queuing time. However, if you want to go to the top, it is recommended to buy tickets early to avoid them selling out.
