It was a great trip. The tour guide was excellent and provided detailed explanations, even though I couldn't understand everything. The itinerary was very satisfying; we visited all the places I wanted to see and discovered unexpected beautiful scenery!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing St. Moritz Tour Experience! Our day trip to St. Moritz was absolutely wonderful! The scenery was breathtaking, the town was beautiful, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. A special thank you to our tour guide, Salvatore, for making the trip even more enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating throughout the tour. His passion for sharing the history and beauty of the area made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Switzerland! Thank you, Salvatore, for helping create such wonderful memories for our family. 🇨🇭✨💕

It's truly beautiful and magnificent. If you're visiting Milan, I recommend going inside to see it. In the summer, I suggest taking the elevator, otherwise, you'll be drenched in sweat by the time you walk up.

the entrance and everything was a breeze, though I hope that there was no construction going on at the time, because it slightly restricted our view of the entire place.

Climbing the Duomo stairs was a bit challenging, but it was my first time seeing the cathedral's rooftop, which was amazing. It was also great to see the area around Milan Square from the rooftop, and the breeze on a hot day was very pleasant. Being able to see the numerous statues on the Duomo rooftop up close was also a plus.

What to know about Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II

The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, also called il salotto di Milano (Milan’s living room), is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Milan. It's right between Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Scala, making it easy to find if you're exploring the city center. Built in the 1800s by architect Giuseppe Mengoni, this magnificent shopping arcade is shaped like a Latin cross and covered with a high glass and iron dome. Inside, you'll find luxury shops like Prada, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton, along with fancy restaurants, old-school cafes, and stylish bars. It’s more than just a shopping mall—it’s a place full of history, art, and fashion. The best part of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele is the central dome, which has a beautiful mosaic showing the continents of Asia, Africa, Europe, and America. Right under the dome is the famous bull mosaic. Locals say if you spin on the bull’s heel three times with your right foot, it will bring good luck! Whether you want to shop, eat, or just walk through this stunning Milanese galleria, the Vittorio Emanuele II Galleria is one of the top places to visit in Milan. Go Luxury Shopping

The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is full of high-end boutiques like Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, and Rolex. Even if you don't plan to shop, the window displays are worth a look. You might also find cool pieces from new Italian designers inside this elegant shopping arcade.

Eat at Historic Cafes and Restaurants

Take a break at Biffi Caffè or Savini, two classic spots inside the galleria. For something fancier, visit Camparino, known for its vintage Art Nouveau style. Be sure to enjoy a traditional aperitivo---light snacks and drinks popular in Milan.

Try the Good Luck Spin

Under the central dome of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, look for the bull in the mosaic. Locals say you'll get good luck if you spin three times on the bull's heel using your right foot. It's a fun tradition and one of the most popular things to do in the Vittorio Emanuele II Galleria.

Admire the Art and Architecture

This Milanese galleria of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is a true masterpiece. Check out the four floor mosaics showing Milan, Florence, Rome, and Turin. Don't forget to look up---the huge glass and iron dome, iron roof, and detailed paintings make it one of Milan's most beautiful spots.
