Staff allowed a slight early check in, which was good. But the room we got didn’t have a city view at all, only looking at the courtyard of backs of buildings, this was not satisfactory. Room was not big but enough for what we needed. Smart Hotel doesn’t have a smart tv was not good enough too in Milan.
