airconditioning was preset at 24.5 Cand could not be lowered during hot summer stay, it was not that comfortable for us.

location is good as it is near Station. but it's nearby area is not safe across few streets. don't venture too far away from the hotel at night to those streets

Complimentary upgraded to another hotel: Smart Hotel! So thankful and we had a great stay! We wish we could stay for a few more days because we were arranged a large room with a couch and bar table and chairs! Also the shower facilities were very clean and new too!

Perfect location which is very close to Central Station and Metro. The hotel turn off A/C or heat, so there’s no fresh air in the room, u can open the window but there’s noise from the traffic or people’s talking. Cold weather is not the reason, I still need oxygen. This is the only disadvantage of the hotel. There are supermarkets in few minutes distance. Coffee stands are just at the next block in case you need to have a sip of coffee at the morning. Overall, it’s above average. Terra gelato is just at the next block.Tastes good =)
