very prompt pick up at the meeting area. very comfortable bus ride. Tour guide, I think her name was Vivian, and the bus driver was great. so patient and kind. Got to see beautiful sites we wouldn’t have been able to see on our own, because it was very rural. First time using Klook, and I loved it! Very reasonable priced too which is a bonus! Highly recommend!

Spent a wonder day with Vivi very informative and clever changing between 3 languages- she helped with directions and restaurants for after the tour - highly recommend- fitted a lot in the day

Vivi was an excellent tour guide. She was very patient in describing each site and even provided additional information about the general area we were in. Wished we had more time at the Hill of the Buddha but overall it was a worthwhile tour.

This half-day tour felt more like a city and suburban guided tour organized by Japan itself, with both the guide and driver being Japanese, and almost all participants also being Japanese. Upon boarding, headphones were provided, and there was a guide device next to the seat where you could select Chinese, English, or Japanese channels. They also provided explanatory handouts in Chinese and English, which was very foreigner-friendly. I'm very grateful to the tour guide for accompanying my child on the cable car to the top of the Winter Olympics venue!
