it was great. The Ninja was good as well. While the small little arcade area the some kids don't take turns properly and take a long time to play but over all it was good experience.

There was a Mother's Day event that day, and by simply praising them on Facebook, an additional adult could enter for free. The venue is quite spacious and clean, and for just over two hundred dollars for an hour of play, it's a pretty good value. There were also activities for the children, and winners received small gifts. While it can't compare to mainland China, this activity allows children to burn off energy and gives adults an hour of "me time." It's worth it.

When we visited, Ocean Park had a Sanrio crossover event, so there were many Sanrio character decorations and even a Sanrio character exhibition, which was very novel. Ocean Park's animal conservation is excellent; there are many different animals like dolphins, otters, meerkats, pandas, and more. All of them are very energetic and lively. The dolphins even jump out of the water to play on their own, showing they are very well cared for. The staff were also very enthusiastic in sharing information about the animals with us! Afterwards, we had lunch at the Arctic Blast Restaurant, eating while watching the penguins, which was delightful! Perhaps the younger generation isn't as keen on thrill rides, as there weren't many people queuing for Ocean Park's rides. The longest wait was half an hour, and for some, there was no wait at all. However, the staff checked everything very thoroughly, making it feel very safe. I truly feel that Ocean Park represents Hong Kong's theme parks well; the shopping and snacks inside are also very reasonably priced!

I visited the Sha Tin branch last time and had a good experience, so this time I went to Happy Valley. The environment is nice, and it even has a private restroom, which is a plus. However, perhaps the Sha Tin branch is newer, so I felt its environment was slightly better. The masseur's technique was excellent, so it seems both branches are good and worth recommending.

Extremely Beginner-Friendly: This is one of the few venues specifically highlighted by the Consumer Council, which "strongly recommends beginners take a class first." Coaches strictly teach proper and safe falling techniques.
Professional Coach Guidance: On-site coaches are highly responsive and proactively warn players when they observe dangerous movements, a point particularly praised by the Consumer Council.

The Kai Tak branch features an 8-meter-high auto-belay climbing wall, suitable for children aged 4 and above, as well as beginners.
The San Po Kong branch offers a custom-designed climbing wall for children and a professional children's climbing school.
Diverse Facilities:
The Shek Mun branch: Hong Kong's first 24-hour indoor bouldering gym, spanning 4,000 square feet and equipped with a Kilter board.
The Kai Tak branch: Boasts a 15-meter-high speed climbing wall that meets international standards.
The Tai Koo branch: Located in Paradise Mall, it offers over a hundred routes designed by international route setters from Japan.

The spa's location was a bit hard to find, but the atmosphere inside was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, the treatment room was clean, and the shower could adjust its lighting. The shower amenities had a unique fragrance. For the treatment, there were three essential oil options, with jasmine being particularly distinctive. The masseuse's technique was excellent and adjusted to the client's needs. The small refreshments provided after the treatment were also delicious. Overall, it offered great value for money.

overall experience was nice. my friend and I did a 45 mins health spa in a sauna like warm room, then we had our massage then facial. everything took around 2 hrs 45 mins. at the end of the session we got a tea to drink too. there’s a shower as well in case you wanna shower after oil massage. overall I loved it, it was relaxing!
