The receptionist was very polite. I joined the 120-minute Power Remedy. The time passed quickly. The masseur asked me whether I needed to focus on certain areas before the massage. It was very considerate and helped relax my shoulders. After finishing, there are drinks to enjoy, you can choose oolong tea, osmanthus tea and longan and red date tea! After finishing, while enjoying the drinks, we saw that there were still a few groups of guests preparing for the treatment, and there were also walk-in guests inquiring, and we heard the staff tell them that they would need to wait two hours before there would be a vacant seat for service, so I believe the service of this store should be good!
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and serene. The massage was well worth the money and I felt rejuvenated afterwards.
The venue is well laid out and clean with a relaxing ambience. Rooms can be a bit cramped but does what it needs to do. The therapists do their job well and are able to cater to your needs but can improve on their softer touches such as how to lay towels on you etc. Overall still great value for money.
It me and my husband first time to have a massage here in Shh Massage, but definitely won't be our last! Once we entered the place the environment and ambiance was very beautiful, smells good, clean and relaxing. The receptionist Kitana greeted us with a warmth and friendly welcome. She gave us such a good first impression and experience before we start our massage. Our two female massage therapist "Angel" and "Tong" did our massage and they are truly amazing at what they do! They are also very caring and think the comfort of their customers. If you are looking for a place to relaxed and take out the stress in your body, this is the place to go to! They have good list of massage services and also others. The area is also very convenient because there is a cafe just below the massage place. This is my place now to go for a good masssage! ❤️

The environment is elegant and clean, the technicians are professional, and the atmosphere is relaxing. This time, I added an extra 30 minutes of massage. Before starting, there was a questionnaire to confirm the type of foot soak and essential oil needed. The questionnaire also asked about the desired massage pressure, which was excellent preparation.
The environment is very comfortable, and the private room felt excellent. The place was clean. The masseuse, Zijun, had great technique and even taught me about healthy eating and wellness. After the session, I was offered a wellness tea, and overall, I felt it was very worthwhile. The only minor drawback is that the shop doesn't have its own restroom; you have to use the mall's restroom. Since I visited on a Sunday, there was a long line for the restroom. So, if you visit on a Saturday or Sunday, you'll need to set aside at least 15 minutes for the restroom to avoid being late!
The location is far away from Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan. The environment is so good and comfortable. The experience is perfect and completely relaxing. The chef is so professional. I will come again next time🤗
