close proximity to the outlet mall. a bit out of the way, need to drive. They also have an onsen on site. overall, clean and tidy.

The hotel is spacious and the location is very convenient. You can book private onsen. The rooms are large and comfortable. This is my second time staying here, and I highly recommend it to friends.

lov the hotel, nice big bed, warm, there's private onsen that u hav reserved, got the harry potter vibes in here 😆beautiful decoration, 7eleven is 7mnit walk. it has another longing hotel that in different location, so make sure u dont get the wrong hotel, this hotel has karuizawa in front of the name. there's bus stop not far from hotel, so u can go every where by bus

The hotel is very close to the train station and outlet mall, just a few minutes' walk. It's also close to the bus transfer station. The hotel's location is very convenient.

The room is very big, super great. The service staff's attitude is very good, a big plus, highly recommended. There is also a large public bath, very nice! It feels like being on vacation.

The hotel and rooms were very comfortable, and there's also a ski area next door that children can use. It's easy for beginners or advanced skiers to get the hang of. I will definitely stay here again next time.
