first experience using klook. Thanks to Klook, our holiday was enjoyable. We were treated to a very good tour, with a good and child-friendly guide

This was such a great trip. We really enjoyed it, the itinerary was well-planned, and we had enough time to explore each place. Andy, our tour guide, was really helpful and even gave recommendations that we followed and loved. Because of that, everyone on the tour was cooperative and no one acted out, since we never felt rushed for time.

Our driver, Xiao Ma was on time, nice and efficient. We managed to go to all places we wanted to see in Furano/Biei from Farm Tomita, Shikisai No Oka, Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, Mt. Tokachi and Ningle Terrace. We even had a nice lunch in a small restaurant on the way to Blue Pond. We were glad that we chartered this, so we can enjoy all those places at our own pace.

Because we have older family members and don’t know much about Hokkaido’s attractions, we chose this activity. Colleagues from the supplier and the tour guide driver will contact us one day before departure, and tour guide Qiuqiu will arrive at the hotel on time to pick us up on the day of departure. I am very grateful to the tour guide Qiuqiu for allowing us to see the beautiful scenery of Hokkaido that we could only see online in the past. The tour guide Qiuqiu took great care of our group and made the whole trip enjoyable and reassuring. We were lucky enough to participate in this event, which allowed our family to see the beautiful scenery of Furano and Biei comfortably and safely! Although I am not very familiar with Japanese, it is very grateful to have someone who can communicate with me in a familiar language! If you want to travel around Hokkaido easily and comfortably with your family, this is a very good choice.

Joined the tour on 12/19. There were no online reviews for this day trip, so I hesitated when booking. I was happy that the tour was confirmed after signing up. There were only 8 members that day, and we were picked up and dropped off in a minibus. It felt like a private charter, and it was easy to manage with fewer people, and everyone was on time. 07:10-09:45 Driving. 09:45-10:15 Christmas tree photo op for 30 minutes. There were fewer tourists at this time, so we could get perfect angle photos. 10:15-10:25 Driving. 10:25-11:00 Takushinkan photo op for 35 minutes. This spot was amazing for photos, absolutely gorgeous. 11:00-11:25 Driving. 11:25-11:45 Shirohige Falls photo op for 20 minutes, still beautiful. 11:45-12:05 Driving. 12:05-13:40 Strolling around Biei town for 90 minutes. 13:40-14:40 Driving. 14:40-15:40 Ningle Terrace for 1 hour. Because it was a small vehicle, we didn't stop at the tour bus parking lot, which was a 10-minute walk away, but instead parked directly in the car park in front of the terrace, which was super convenient. However, with this tour's timing, you can't see the lights turned on, which happens around 16:00. Be aware of this if it matters to you. So I chose to leave the tour and stay until the lights came on in the evening, enjoyed them to the fullest, and then returned to Asahikawa for accommodation, and the next day I went to see the penguin walk. Overall, this day trip was excellent. The weather was good, the vehicle was good, and the guide/driver provided excellent service. I paid a small amount of money and got a private charter experience, a total win! I don't know if the service would be different if there were more people on a tour bus, but based on my experience, I highly recommend it!

Our driver/guide was named Leo, who is half Japanese half turkish, who speak excellent english, he brought us to visit Otaru’s landmarks such as the Otaru canal, cape Kamui, shimamui coast, and went to the otaru box museum and to the LeTao cafe shops at sakaimachihondori shopping streets. We also got to eat in the famous sankaku market where we ate king crabs, abalone and other seafood dishes. Next day we went to Noboribetsu and Lake Toya, to the quaint Lake Hill Farm to try their famous ice cream and some pudding desserts. we went to the hells valley and the hills of the buddha, the moai statues and stonehenge. we also had our first taste of hokkaido ramen at Noboribetsu. It was an enjoyable 2 days and Leo made sure we get to explore the places within the 10-hr time schedule. He drove very well and always made sure he is ready to pick us up when we are done in a place.
