the room was spacious, staff friendly & accomodative. although im a light eater, but their breakfast was good and have many various choices

We had a great stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur by Shangri-La! The location is excellent—near Pavilion, walking distance to KLCC with a free buggy service, about 30 minutes from Batu Caves, and around an hour from the airport. The view of the Petronas Towers was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was fast, and the express check-out made leaving hassle-free. Our room was clean, cozy, and came with complete toiletries. We also appreciated the complimentary chocolates, which were a lovely touch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay in the club room at traders hotel kuala lumpur. The room was comfortable offered an amazing view of Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park.

Always love going back to Ruma for some unwinding and recharging. It's indeed a sanctuary in the city and pretty darn good!

a very good hotel. clean room & quality amenities. air cond in the room functions well & easy to control. a nice touch in providing take away coffee cups for those who are in a rush, can always bring the coffee with them. valet parking service at RM20/entry was helpful considering the hotel doesnt provide car park for guests. room facing residences was quiter compared to face the main road. view from rooftop bar was nice.
