From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. Excellent customer service!

The hotel was very nice, and the service was excellent. There's a self-service laundry facility below the hotel, and the area around the hotel has many restaurants, including Mamak stalls. The room even had a refrigerator. The decor was beautiful and made it look like an expensive hotel. This hotel doesn't require a deposit. It's right next to and just a few minutes from the KL Sentral monorail station.
