Things to do in Sydney Zoo

Real value for money! Saw a lot of animals I’ve never seen before. But some of them you’ll only see at certain times because the zoo respects wildlife and doesn’t parade the animals. It can be a bit of workout for children and the elderly as the zoo is located on a hill. It was also quite unfortunate that the food halls close early.

It was quite comprehensive as an indoor zoo. Weather was raining so opted for this instead to Taronga Zoo. Had a really good time exploring the animals and learning more about them. Really convenient to walk down to Bangaroo Warf and take a ferry to Circular Quay

Great experience. Enjoyed Sydney zoo a lot. Blue mountains is also nice but how i wish i have more time so i can explore the place more. the time we have is not sufficient to enjoy the place. just enough to try all the three rides.

Buying online tickets through Klook is incredibly convenient and fast, allowing for immediate use. This is perfect for itineraries with flexible scheduling. The aquarium and wildlife park are close to each other, making it very satisfying to visit both distinct exhibition halls in the shortest amount of time.

Beautiful views and lovely looking exhibits. Was convenient getting around with a pram with the use of the lifts. If we lived in Sydney we would be back again. Just allow extra time as it is a very large space.

The pick up was from our hotel which was super convenient. Our guide Perry is very friendly as he is able to speak Cantonese and English. We enjoyed our trip to blue mountain as we are able to take all 3 scenic rides. We really love it. Not only that, we took a lot photos during this trip. It was very memorable.

It was a great experience for me, seeing such a variety of animals at close range that looks well-taken care of. Getting to/from the zoo via ferry was a breeze and entry to the zoo was equally hassle-free. Highly recommended even if you're solo and just looking for a chill place to explore in Sydney.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best guide and driver I’ve ever met! Leonard kept us entertained all day. The weather was great and we even saw the Three Sisters (though they were just a bit shy). From the start, he stopped in Lawson for breakfast and recommended Cortado - best coffee we’ve ever had! I’ve hiked in the Blue Mountains before, but doing this more relaxing trip was a different experience I’m grateful for. We had a lovely walk to Olympian Rock lookout, then did the 3 Scenic World rides, including the world's steepest railway! For lunch, we ate at Ballimino’s, where everything was delicious! Afterward, we went to Sydney Zoo and finished with a ferry from Parramatta back to Circular Quay. Leonard gave incredible history lessons. His custom Aussie music playlist was a huge highlight, introduced just like a radio DJ! He's very knowledgeable about botany. We had an insightful chat while he waited with us at the ferry drop-off. Our professional guide, Jayden, explained everything clearly and engagingly throughout the trip, and he brought us to wonderful places such as the Blue Mountains, Featherdale Wild National Park, Echo Point, and more.
