- Taronga Zoo ticket must be collected at either Darling Harbour, Pier 26 or Circular Quay, Wharf 6 before travelling to Taronga Zoo
- Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
- Please note: A printed ticket is needed to enter Taronga Zoo. Please collect yours either from the Fantasea sales booths at Darling Harbour and Circular Quay or on board the vessel before making your way to Taronga Zoo. The booths are located at Darling Harbour Pier 26 (directly underneath Helm Bar) and Circular Quay Wharf 6. Please present your email confirmation to receive your boarding pass and Taronga Zoo ticket

Please note that due to the NSW Maritime wharf upgrade works, vessel access to Circular Quay Wharf 6 will be temporarily unavailable from Monday, 20 July to Friday, 28 August 2026 (inclusive, and subject to weather delays)
During this period, Fantasea Cruising services will continue to operate as scheduled from Harbour Masters Steps – Circular Quay
Customers booked on the Taronga Zoo Direct service who are departing from Circular Quay must still check in at the Fantasea Cruising Ticket Office at Circular Quay Wharf 6 to collect their boarding passes before proceeding to Harbour Masters Steps for departure
Please note that Harbour Masters Steps is not wheelchair accessible. If you have customers requiring wheelchair access or mobility assistance, please contact Fantasea team prior to travel so they can discuss the available options

Please visit the Fantasea store to redeem your ticket, then proceed to the departure point to board the cruise
The Circular Quay Departure Point and Store are located on Wharf 6, in Circular Quay, there is plenty of signage there as well and the booth can be easily located at Wharf 6
Please note that the Darling Harbour Departure Point is at the Aquarium Wharf in Darling Harbour

The ferry ride was great, also love seeing the koala and kangaroo! worth it to go here! zoo was a open area so feels like in the natural habitat of the animals!

The ferry time we took was 12.45pm. There were less people and we had the chance to sit outside at the lower deck, enjoying the wind and took some pictures of sydney opera house and bridge along the way. The zoo was amazing with close encounters with the birds. We also went to the sydney zoo and agreed that this taronga zoo is better than sydney zoo as they have more animals.

Lots of animals, and the opera house in the background, top-notch. The zoo has very cute dolls for sale, bought them as souvenirs, so adorable.
