The hotel I booked for my Karuizawa trip. The location was good, about a 10-minute walk from Karuizawa Station and a 7-minute walk from the Old Karuizawa shopping street. It was cost-effective, and the hotel owner was very kind. I would like to stay here again if I go to Karuizawa.

This accommodation offers better value compared to locations near Karuizawa, providing welcome drinks, snacks, and games for guests to relax. The only downside is the limited selection of breakfast items.

An amazing hotel super close to the outlet. We originally booked a room for six people, but the hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room for eight. The grounds are huge! I really think staying just one day isn't enough.

One of the best stays my husband and I have ever had and certainly our most memorable stay in Japan. This place is a beautiful sanctuary where you can completely unwind in nature. The room is spacious and the bath in your room is so relaxing. The meditation bath/onsen is magical. The hotel provides free drinks and snacks everyday (including tea, coffee, cider and sake at a certain hour). They also provide free activities such as early morning yoga. The restaurant, Kasuke, is exceptional. Make sure you reserve early though!

I took my parents on this tour and was lucky enough to have Mizki as our energetic guide. She shared a lot of relevant knowledge and interesting stories along the way, and even used her own little illustrations, which was so thoughtful. She went above and beyond to take care of everyone in the group. Her farewell speech was really touching. Thank you so much, Mizki! I hope we meet again someday ❤️

The hotel boasts a modern and beautiful appearance, is clean, comfortable, and tranquil, and is fully equipped. Surprisingly, it has a library with a vast collection of books, and several long sofas are nearby. They offer complimentary juice and iced tea for extended periods, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel. A convenience store is just across the street, and it's very close to the train station and car rental shops. ❤️

Easily explore Karuizawa and Kawagoe, and catch up on some sleep on the bus, making the trip much easier. Although the schedule is a bit tight, it's much more convenient than traveling by yourself.
