It was a culturally rich tour that covered so much in one day. The bus was also a very convenient way to travel to Kyoto. Our tour guide was called Apple and she was amazing! She made the whole Kyoto Arashiyama experience so wonderful.

I was lucky enough to join this one-day tour to Katsuo-ji Temple. I originally planned to travel by myself, but found that transportation was very inconvenient. I found this tour on KLOOK and signed up immediately. The scenery was so beautiful and the overall experience was great! The bus tour was smooth and our tour guide Apple was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the trip both enjoyable and educational.

Our tour guide, Apple, was very friendly and spoke great English. She explained the history and features of each destination and recommended many good places to eat. The Daruma was lovely, and the Thousand Torii Gates at Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine were truly spectacular, and walking through the red Torii gates felt like entering a completely different world. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn more about Japanese culture and history. It was definitely an unforgettable experience!

i tried purchasing the admission tickets online through the temple website but it was glitchy. So I purchased the admission ticket via Klook while on the bus to the temple entrance. Got my QR admission code tickets and did not wait in line. At the entrance, there are 2 admission lines: Onsite ticket purchase line (long) or QR code ticket admission line (empty).

easy to use! easier actually than the amazing pass as it might be confusinf for most tourist. BUT the E-pass version is superb and very convenient! just show the QR code of your pass and that's it! although some attractions like tempozan ferry's wheel are not included. still, this would be a bang for your osaka itinerary without the hassle of booking online everytime!
