Fantastic 5.0
We purchased two-day tickets for our family trip, which included two adults and two elementary school children. Although there isn't a separate child fare for the tickets, we were able to enjoy a classic Osaka trip at a great value, visiting Tsutenkaku Tower, the Tsutenkaku Tower Slider, the Umeda Sky Building Observatory, the Wonder Cruise, and the Osaka Bay Twilight Cruise! Even though it was crowded everywhere during the Obon holiday, it was a great advantage that some locations had dedicated ticket counters for the Rakuyu Pass, allowing us to exchange our tickets without waiting in line to purchase them!

didn’t know what I was expecting when I signed up but it was a lot of fun. first you learned the history of having a personal stamp , then you got to find your name in Japanese kanji and then you practice before you carve it into the stone. it was very easy to do and nice little souvenir that’s similar to what people in Japan use.

we had such a great time. we opted for a more expensive wood for our chopsticks but it was really easy to do and a great way to spend a hot morning in Osaka. the staff were super helpful and spoke very good English which was a bonus. there were lots of options and you could choose to engrave your chopsticks too if you wanted at additional cost. a very practical and meaningful souvenir for us that won’t just sit on the shelf - were chopstick lovers at home so these will be used all the time.

This indoor aquarium and small zoo is perfect for summer activities, as it's air-conditioned. It features a wide variety of marine life, as well as animals like tigers, crocodiles, and hippos. The final exhibit allows for close-up interaction with some animals, which greatly excites children.

We had a great time at this cooking class! They were both so friendly, kind and cheerful. We so much enjoyed participating in a tea making ceremony and learning to make sushi and ramen. Plus it was delicious! The calligraphy art we get to take home is a souvenir we will cherish. This will be a highlight from our Japan trip that we won’t forget. If you’re thinking about booking this class, we highly recommend!

Small groups are really much more comfortable without having to wait around for each other. Katsio-ji Temple was a little smaller than expected, but very peaceful, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The scenery along the scenic train ride was nice, though the ride itself wasn't very long. Arashiyama was very crowded, but we could just manage our own free time. The driver was quite nice and even helped give directions on the way back. Overall, there were no unpleasant surprises, and the price is quite reasonable.

Fantastic 5.0
Convenient transportation was the main reason we chose this tour, so there's nothing to complain about regarding transport—it was definitely convenient. I chose the option without meals so we could spend more time at the attractions, but I felt that the Otagi Nenbutsu-ji Temple we visited in the middle could really be skipped. Plus, the admission fee was quite expensive at 1,000 yen (yes, none of the admission fees are included in the tour price, so everyone should keep that in mind!). The temple grounds are quite small; maybe it's more interesting to visit when it snows in winter 🤔. Finally, if you want to explore more spots during the 3 hours in Arashiyama, you end up just rushing through, so personally, I feel Arashiyama is worth a full day to explore after visiting this time. Lastly, regarding the tour guide, I suggest improving the headcount checks for participants. My boyfriend and I were almost left behind at the second attraction. We weren't late and arrived at the meeting point on time, but neither the group nor the guide was anywhere to be seen. We started walking toward the parking lot on our own and found that the guide was already leading everyone back, so we had to quicken our pace to catch up, which shows the guide didn't properly check if everyone was present. Also, since I joined another tour with your company as well, this guide provided significantly less information about the attractions in comparison.

Such a great experience with Mimmy as our guide. She was the sweetest and we learned so much about this area of Japan! Definitely would recommend to other tourists. Enjoy the beautiful scenery as you hike to get to the waterfall and have a detour or two to explote the area!
