Love it! This recently renovated hot spring inn boasts brand new facilities. Located along a small river, it offers a truly Japanese atmosphere. It's also very close to Kinrin Lake and several art museums.

The reserved room was very clean and spacious. The staff was super accommodating. The best part is that my room had a separate entrance, saving me time when coming and going. Very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff's English is clear and proficient. It's perfect for enjoying a hot spring bath in cold weather, and it's very close to Yufuin's main street.

The hotel offers excellent accommodations with multiple private onsen for soaking. The stay includes dinner, and the meals are delicious and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

Free shuttle service is available by reservation. The portion sizes for the all-inclusive (breakfast and dinner) meal plan are quite generous. During our stay, the air conditioning in the Japanese-style hot spring room was malfunctioning. Although the staff on duty in the evening didn't speak English, they were very willing to use translation software to communicate.

The accommodation is not too far from the main street and the station. The owner speaks very fluent English, so don't worry about communication difficulties. She also thoughtfully provides a map of the surrounding area, tells you the quickest way to get around, and reminds you of the closing times of nearby stores. The room environment is also excellent, highly recommended! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
